Monthly Rentals in Vivoratá

The apartment is as shown in the photos: comfortable, clean and with everything you need for a good stay. The location is convenient and the host was very attentive and helpful.

We have stayed in Mar Del plata many times to visit our son and this is our favorite now! The only thing I would say that might be helpful is to put cleaning supplies in one place easy to find and maybe have two bath towels per guest instead of one. The boiler quit a couple of times but we received help from the hosts right away when we called and after instructions were able to restore it ourselves. The place had modern appliances and nice furniture and a comfy bed. The building is secure and the view is wonderful! Muchas Gracias!!

Esteban and Diana are very attentive and friendly hosts. Esteban's instructions and recommendations for the institutions were very helpful. The fact that there is a sleeping place for us right at the entrance was a plus - quiet, dark, warm, great for sleeping. The apartment is very cozy, has everything you need. Great location - everything is close, the ocean is within reach. Thanks for the hospitality

Very well located apartment with access to supermarket, terminal, beach and downtown area a few minutes walk. Quiet and nice place with a beautiful view. Franco and Ale have been very helpful!
