The place is so beautiful! It makes you want to spend a lot of time just enjoying the scenery from the window, including looking for turtles. Hosts are very helpful! Too much worth it!

Our stay was very pleasant! The location near the third bridge made it easy to access restaurants and bakeries, as well as tourist attractions, which are just a 15-minute drive away. The room was clean, with new furniture, and the bathroom was spacious and well sanitized. The presence of items such as a microwave and minibar has made the accommodation even more functional. The breakfast offered was excellent, and Mr. Marco's reception was warm and very friendly, providing a welcoming experience. The only issue that could be improved is the shared garage, which can cause a little discomfort, but that did not compromise the quality of the accommodation. Overall, we recommend this option for those seeking comfort, good location and attentive service.

I've stayed with these hosts before and, as always, everything went really well. Communication is easy, they are attentive and check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds things up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and with air-conditioning in all rooms (positive point). One point of attention: the neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and has a reputation for being dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Suggestions for improvement: put blackout curtains in the bedrooms (even the light from the lamp post is too bright for those who are sensitive to light) and the mattress of the double bed is uncomfortable. On the other hand, the single beds and the auxiliary beds are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Dona Maria, as we affectionately call her, was an amazing host, always helpful and attentive. He welcomed us, showed us the place, everything, all the instructions were given very clearly. He made us feel at ease, as if we were at home. The atmosphere is wonderful and exactly as described, easy to access both by bus and car, a quiet and family neighborhood. Everything was well signposted in the environment, which made it a lot easier. We loved it and will definitely be back soon!

The stay in Vitória was great. The apartment was very well located, with pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, coffee shops and great leisure nearby. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet too, and we did everything on foot. Before the stay, Wanderley sent all the information and check-in was very simple. We found everything we needed in the apartment and had no problems during our stay. I'll come back more often!

The apartment is really very good, everything is very clean, super cozy, I felt at home all the time there. The floor is high, the building has an easy entrance and exit, it is very busy, and there is even one of those mini markets on the ground floor. Loved the stay and would definitely come back!

we had a great stay! The apartment is small but super comfortable. The rooms are a great size. The building's concierge is also very good! The only thing that bothered us a little was the strong smell in the apartment whenever we arrived, we don't know if it's always like that or if it was due to some maintenance. And also the G1 garage had a strong and very hot smell. We cooked every day in the apartment, it had the basic and necessary utensils. the beds were very comfortable! The pool area has a breathtaking view. Oh, and we could also walk to the mall. Great locale. We felt at home!

The accommodation was perfect, Zelimar's apartment is cozy and well structured, in addition to the host's concern to make us feel at home, this is the great differential. The apartment is beachfront, allowing you to do many things due to the length of the waterfront, and the beach on the coast is beautiful. I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.
