Very nice place, clean, complete, organized, easy access, only the garage is very tight, low cars are difficult to access, the bottom touches the entrance and exit or a truck does not enter because it is low in height, but there is a parking lot next to it, in front of Americanas, which is very good and safe. super i recommend it

The apartment is really very good, everything is very clean, super cozy, I felt at home all the time there. Mariana is very attentive, always making sure to ask if everything is okay and if she needed anything! The floor is high, the building has an easy entrance and exit, it is very busy, and there is even one of those mini markets on the ground floor. Loved the stay and would definitely come back!

Eliana is very attentive and friendly, gave me good recommendations and made herself available for whatever I needed. Your accommodation is identical to the listing, very spacious, very clean, with lots of privacy and tranquility. Close to shopping and everything we might need. I'll be back.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

The environment is well located, close to the beach, you can walk there easily. The place itself is great, everything is very tidy and tasteful. Great for those who want to enjoy a few days in the city! And Marcio is always available for questions and to assist the guest. I highly recommend it!

I've stayed with these hosts before and, as always, everything went really well. Communication is easy, they are attentive and check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds things up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and with air-conditioning in all rooms (positive point). One point of attention: the neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and has a reputation for being dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Suggestions for improvement: put blackout curtains in the bedrooms (even the light from the lamp post is too bright for those who are sensitive to light) and the mattress of the double bed is uncomfortable. On the other hand, the single beds and the auxiliary beds are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.
