We absolutely loved our time here!! After months of travelling we felt like we needed a bit of luxury and that’s exactly what we got. The listing is exactly as described and Miroslaw could not have been more helpful during our time there - allowing us flexibility with the check out time was the cherry on the cake on what was a fantastic few days. Highly recommend!

A very good place, I highly recommend it. The host was always available when we sent messages, either to help us or to take care of something, he responded. Very helpful. As for the place, it is just as it is in the photos, it is one of the best places to disconnect from electronics and see the surroundings, its access, although it was not easy but not difficult either, it was spectacular because you walk or go in a vehicle to see the view before entering the house. The natural waterfall they have is spectacular.

Stunning location. You can see the ocean past the Sierra Nevadas. The air is clean, only the sound of birds... Beautiful comfortable house. This was a much-needed break from the city. Everyone was attentive and sweet. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Villa Canopy. Rosa was wonderful, the place was absolutely fantastic, and we had no complaints. Note that unless you have a “real” 4x4 (and most of the “city 4x4s” such as the Renault duster rented in Santa Marta would not qualify as “real”), the road to get to the villa will be impassable. It is incredibly steep and rough, so if you need to get up the road in a car, you’ll either need a very good 4x4 or a taxi. The villa provides a good contact for a taxi service and it costs around 60,000 COP each way. It’s about a 20 minute walk to/from town, but it’s a strenuous and steep hike, so you probably don’t want to do it if you are carrying significant luggage. Despite the poor road, this place was well worth it and we would come back in a heartbeat.
