Da maggio a settembre si affitta solo da sabato a sabato con parcheggio gratuito e scontistica presso il ristorante Maraviglia.

L'appartamento si trova a 50 mt dal Palacongressi e circa 500 mt dal centro storico. La posizione permette di poter raggiungere facilmente il mare attraverso la vicina pista ciclabile immersa nel verde o con Shuttlemare gratuito con app (solo in estate). Ristrutturato recentemente, dotato di ogni comfort. Per facilitare gli spostamenti ci sono delle biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti. Zanzariere e aria condizionata rendono più gradevole il soggiorno. Terrazzo con sedie e tavolino.
