Welcome to our villa apartment, where we have been meticulous about details and comfort. The apartment is furnished on the 1st floor of our villa with room for 3 (4) guests. Our family lives on the ground floor. The apartment consists of one large room, with a nice double bed, a sofa bed, nice kitchen, a large bathroom and a large balcony. Our house is located in Bagsværd, 12 km from Copenhagen C, close to North Zealand. The bus runs right outside the door - 15 min. walk to the S-train - and the possibility of parking for free at the curb.

The enjoyment

The enjoyment takes place in the countryside, filled with nature and good views directly over Arresø. Beautiful, bright, cozy 2-room apartment in a newly built villa with its own entrance in a quiet residential area. Free parking at the door. Access to your own private courtyard outside the front door. Bathroom with shower with "rainwater shower" and hand shower. The bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together to form a large double bed. Living/dining room with well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and induction stove Sofa and dining/work table. Easy check-in with lockbox.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees.
