Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Virgin River

Yes, there is construction because it is in a mew area where construction is happening. However, besides the little bit of early morning construction noise, the place is silent. The pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed the small walk to a local taco truck. The unit is stocked with so many things most other places do not have. We enjoyed our stay.

This luxurious home was beautiful clean and peaceful. Exactly what I was hoping to find. Jackie was very responsive to everything, and the instructions were clear and so I didn't really have any questions. Had a wonderful time. Thanks, Jackie, for sharing your home.

This place was awesome! Exactly what we needed for 1 night. It’s a cozy bedroom with a nice large bathroom. Mini fridge, shower, comfy bed, all you need for a short term stay. We didn’t have any issues with noise from other units. The area is very nice with beautiful backdrop, and close to town. Jeremy was very quick to respond and very helpful! Very cute place. Would highly recommend!

Staying at Astoa Extea was an excellent experience. Ultra clean, super comfortable beds, and an overall peaceful place to stay. The home was well stocked which made it feel extra homey...would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near beautiful parks and many outdoor activities.

Excellent host with a quality space for the price. You have shared public area outside with other guests so keep that in mind. Shower head was probably a decade old and the kitchen utensils and some cookware well worn. Plenty of thought and care have been put into the place but not quite to the finish line of "perfection." Perfectly clean space however. Construction noises nearby may keep some awake. Parking slightly annoying and if you're a wheelchair user don't even consider this place. It seems like there's 1 available spot for at least 3 sub units that can be rented at any given time. Instructions clear on parking but don't account for other users. Because they could be interpreted to allow for parking on a slightly different close by. There are doors that sound like they are connected to other units of the house which is highly unnerving. When there appears to be a total lack of security preventing others entering your space. Overall would gladly stay again if they'd have me =>

Beautiful home. It was set up very nice with the main bedroom separated from the kids/guest bedrooms which allowed for more privacy. The expansive windows let you take in the view, along with the sliding patio doors which gives it an indoor/outdoor feel. The pool/patio is the heart of the home, which is perfect for family. The huge living room and kitchen make it easy to cook and provide a relaxing space for a large family. Check in was clearly stated and super easy. We arrived late at night and everything was perfectly prepared. We had an issue with the water heater and someone was there within an hour of us messaging the host to fix it. It was fixed within another hour and worked the rest of the trip. The rental team is very responsive and easy to understand. Clean up is very straightforward. We stay at rentals often, so the easy list was refreshing. Overall, a top tier stay. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great spot if you plan on spending most of your time at the park. It's a great spot to get there, go to sleep, and head out in the morning.

A very comfortable place to stay as a family. I love that there was extra pillows and blanket and room in the garage to park.

This was a lovely stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Perfect for just myself, may be a little tight for two people unless you are only there to shower and sleep. Only a galley kitchen, but well equipped. The place was spotless upon arrival. I have already recommended this place to a co-worker who will be visiting St. George later this year.

Gerri's place is wonderful - would stay there again in a heartbeat. Spotlessly clean, convenient to ZNP, tons of personal touches throughout like local recommendations, board games, and even left us pancake mix and syrup for breakfast! Highly recommend this place. Words can’t describe how incredible the sights are. The home is clean and peaceful home with super kind hosts. Can’t beat it. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The views were jaw dropping. Thank you so much creating this „heaven on earth” vibe.

One of the best air b&b that we have ever stayed in. Super clean and very cozy. Loved the location and the peaceful atmosphere. The pistachio trees were amazing. We even had a bag to enjoy during our stay. The owner gave us2 free passes to go tubing on the virgin river. We will definitely be back.

We had a great 2-night stay! The location is perfect—just minutes from Zion, which made it super convenient to get an early start at the park. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host was amazing—very responsive and always happy to offer helpful suggestions for hikes, food, and nearby spots to check out. Ruby's place was a great base for visiting Zion. It was larger than we expected, very comfortable and well stocked with anything that you might need. Ruby was friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved this place. It was close to local places and the pools were so fun to swim in. Only downside was the waterslides and lap pool were closed for maintenance.

Our family was in the area for a softball tournament. Great location, very clean ages easy to get to everything in the surrounding area! Condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Julie was very helpful and responsive. If our travels take us this way again we’d love to stay in her condo! We highly recommend this rental!! 💜💜

We loved the open layout of the kitchen/living room and the giant deck. Back of the unit is right next to the biking trails and you’re just a short walk from two of the pools! Would definitely stay here again.

My little family and I loved our stay there. We extended our stay last minute and Jill approved it super fast. She was also super accommodating, kind, and responsive. She allowed us to check in a couple hours early so our kids could enjoy the pool a little more in the day. The place was extremely comfortable and welcoming. Our kids felt right at home and loved the big bath in the bathroom. It was so nice coming back to the Airbnb after a long day of hiking at Zion National Park. The pool was fantastic. Not crowded at all and well kept. We’re definitely coming back.

Betty is indeed a super host! We are new to Airbnb, so to begin with, it was very important to me to start with especially experienced hosts and ultra highly rated properties. Betty was definitely great, welcoming us kindly, and responding super fast to my messages. Her place was absolutely immaculate and showcased her total understanding of what travelers like us need, as well as her exceptional good taste in decor and layout. The property’s location is great, and there was tons of lovely grass all around the complex to satisfy our dog. The area has meandering pathways to walk the dog and lots and lots of grass, with plenty of shade. This place really felt like a terrific discovery. So glad to have found it for when we are passing through (especially when our lab is along for the ride). Thank you Betty!
