Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Virgin River

Kellie is an amazing host. Her place felt like home away from home. We had been travelling for a while and it was great to unwind at her place. Kellie has all the amenities listed and more. We really appreciate her providing us with snacks, drinks and chocolates upon arrival. She even provided us with a heating pad when one of is needed it for an ongoing pain. If you visit Kellie's place, you're bound to leave rested and rejuvenated.

An outstanding house with all the amenities you would like to have. From the moment we walked in through the door, we were almost tempted not to head out to the national parks to do all the walking we eventually did do. The host was fabulous and we would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Great Location ! Close to Zion and Shops, Restaurants and Grocery Stores! Great backyard with projector to watch movies as you unwind after a day of hiking ! Fully stocked kitchen ! Plenty of towels! Everything super clean and modern. We really enjoyed our time there! Thank you for hosting us!

Excellent host with a quality space for the price. You have shared public area outside with other guests so keep that in mind. Shower head was probably a decade old and the kitchen utensils and some cookware well worn. Plenty of thought and care have been put into the place but not quite to the finish line of "perfection." Perfectly clean space however. Construction noises nearby may keep some awake. Parking slightly annoying and if you're a wheelchair user don't even consider this place. It seems like there's 1 available spot for at least 3 sub units that can be rented at any given time. Instructions clear on parking but don't account for other users. Because they could be interpreted to allow for parking on a slightly different close by. There are doors that sound like they are connected to other units of the house which is highly unnerving. When there appears to be a total lack of security preventing others entering your space. Overall would gladly stay again if they'd have me =>

Staying at Astoa Extea was an excellent experience. Ultra clean, super comfortable beds, and an overall peaceful place to stay. The home was well stocked which made it feel extra homey...would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near beautiful parks and many outdoor activities.

Beautiful home. It was set up very nice with the main bedroom separated from the kids/guest bedrooms which allowed for more privacy. The expansive windows let you take in the view, along with the sliding patio doors which gives it an indoor/outdoor feel. The pool/patio is the heart of the home, which is perfect for family. The huge living room and kitchen make it easy to cook and provide a relaxing space for a large family. Check in was clearly stated and super easy. We arrived late at night and everything was perfectly prepared. We had an issue with the water heater and someone was there within an hour of us messaging the host to fix it. It was fixed within another hour and worked the rest of the trip. The rental team is very responsive and easy to understand. Clean up is very straightforward. We stay at rentals often, so the easy list was refreshing. Overall, a top tier stay. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Well located between Zion and Bryce Canyon parks. Very responsive host and very attentive to our heeds. Accommodations are relatively rustic but were adequate for what we needed.

Enjoyed our stay and was very roomy and comfortable. The ping pong and pool table was a great hit with our teenager. Necia was very responsive to a couple of minor needs. Highly recommend her place

Here’s the updated Airbnb review with the note about the hosts: ⸻ We had a great stay at Talecca Homestead (Unit #3)! The place was very clean and updated, with new AC and fans that kept us cool during the summer heat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the coffee provided was delicious. Toiletries and towels were all made available, including extra towels by the hot tub, which was a nice touch. We loved the beautiful view from the deck, and the on-site fireplace with a grill was a great bonus. There was plenty of parking, and checking in late was no problem—the unit was easy to find and access. The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions within minutes. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zion National Park!

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)

AMAZING!! Some friends and I were just driving though on a moving trip and stopped here for the night and it was everything we needed! Clean home, welcome snacks, after a long day of driving was exactly what we needed. The backyard and the hot tub really made the place that much better

We only stayed a night. In and out by next morning, but it was a great little place, in a small town. Quiet, plenty of space for the four of us. Would recommend it!

If you are looking for a great place to stay close to National Parks, I highly recommend Caves Lake Canyon. It is a unique, beautiful and quiet escape. I look forward to going back.

The home is squeaky clean from the top down. The really stood out. It's close enough to town for dining, yet remote enough for quiet and solitude. Everything was perfect for my visit. I will be back. I visit the area at least once a year and I've found my new base camp!

We loved staying here in a small village! It was a pretty central location to do a lot of different things and still enjoy the peace and quiet! The place was clean and cozy with everything you need to have a great vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Lance & Sharon’s cabin. It was larger than anticipated, extremely clean and even though next to neighbors, quiet and peaceful. It had a great outdoor space with grass, a fire pit, gas grill, and the slide was my kids highlight. We felt at home and would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was right in the middle between Bryce Canyon, Zion and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, which we all visited. It was a peaceful escape and we enjoyed home cooked meals almost every night. It was also very convenient to have access to do laundry and to use the game room and fireplace. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a peaceful and quiet stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin. It was the perfect landing pad after long days of adventure in Zion and Bryce. We cooked all of our meals at the cabin and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed happy hours on the screened porch after long days of exercise and even saw some wildlife, deer, turkeys and hummingbirds. Also, my whole family agreed this was the cleanest AirNnB we’ve ever stayed in!!

We are avid travelers and this was by far one of our favorite Airbnbs. The amenities are fantastic from the indoor fireplace to the hot tub. The host is super friendly. Every small detail has been thought of… the coffee bar, the games outside, and the hammocks were a hit. Our kids loved the wild life too (lots of deer). Highly recommend these property and the host were wonderful!

Great house in a beautiful location. Meredith was a perfect host and very responsive. The little treats at check in were appreciated after a long drive! I would stay here again if I return to Kanab.
