Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.
