Our stay at Nicolas' apartment was very good. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities to spend a few days, complete utensils, a comfortable bed and heating for the cold. Our direct communication was with Andrés, who from the first moment answered all our questions and was available for what we needed. They were very friendly and accessible to all our questions and requests, and even allowed us to check out late so we could work remotely. Additionally, we were able to go with our pet without any problems. We recommend this accommodation to spend a few quiet days close to the beach. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

Very good accommodation, well cared for and with everything you need to have a good time. It has a very good location, in a very quiet environment and in turn very close to the center of Mar de las Pampas and the beach. The grill/deck sector is very usable given that it is roofed and applied enough to be able to eat right there. Mariana and Pablo are a 10! Very friendly, very flexible and very attentive to take care of what you may need.

everything was great! very quiet neighborhood not far from the ocean. nature and beauty. the only thing you need to bring with you is dishwasher detergent and washing powder. everything you need is in the house. the fireplace is beautiful. thank you!

Excellent stay. The house is impeccable and hyper equipped, especially when it comes to kitchen equipment. Very comfortable to enjoy as a group. Nice grill, big garden and very varied outdoor spaces. Our only regret was having a house under construction nearby (it was clarified in the ad, asique nothing to claim). The service from Romina was excellent, I always respond in a very good way and with a very quick response. We highly recommend it!

Excellent 3-night stay by the sea We are a couple with 2 large dogs. We felt at home. It's beautiful to be resting and for everything to work perfectly, without having to worry about anything. We had an incredible few days. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and an excellent parador. But the best thing: the sunset from the house's patio. A breathtaking view to end the day with a glass of wine. The apartment is as seen in the photos: very comfortable. Very quiet, ideal for resting. Laura was always attentive and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely come back!

I think it was all excellent, it matched the price and everything I needed. The only thing that would be an issue to improve would be to have an alarm or add something for security. Everything was impeccable and Norma, the lady who gave us the key and showed us the studio, was charming.

Everything was excellent! The place was clean, very comfortable, close to the beach, in a quiet area but you still have everything (food, laundries, supermarkets, kiosks). Besides, Matías is a genius! When we arrived, Matías made sure everything was fine for us and gave us recommendations for places to go. Great host, very friendly and helpful. I also want to point out that the apartment was very well equipped. The double mattress is also very comfortable. When we return to Gesell, it will clearly be in the same place!

Everything was perfect, the only suggestion would be to place the door to the room to have more privacy. Otherwise, everything was very good and María Susana was super attentive, very kind at all times, making sure that the stay was the best. 100% recommended, I hope to return soon.

Positive: Unbeatable location, direct beach access, restaurants and bars a few blocks away. Silence in the nights. Building in good condition, always clean, great pool and a unique view. Very safe area and good beach. It's spacious, looks smaller in the photos, Bright and good air conditioning. Negative: Very little equipped the kitchen, enough basic utensils are missing. The fridge doesn't cool down much. The WiFi is only 10 Mb to 20 Mb , it is insufficient to work and have video calls. The services are very intermittent and nulo por horas.
