The apartment is very good. I traveled with my girlfriend and I can assure you that it has all the comforts to spend a few days in Pinamar. In particular, it has certain details worth highlighting: a) all the necessary utensils in a kitchen and they leave basic things like instant and ground coffee, tea, salt, oil, dish towels, waste bags and cleaning supplies. b) a grill with a very good circulation and the necessary elements to make a barbecue. c) a very comfortable garage with elevator access. Finally, Javier's service is excellent! He is very attentive to the needs of guests and responds very quickly. I highly recommend this accommodation for couples or families.

The cabin is nice and simple, excellent value for money. Undoubtedly, the most notable is its location half a block from downtown Las Gaviotas. Ivana was very present by wathsapp during your entire stay.

Julián answered all my questions with incredible friendliness. The triplex is comfortable, clean, and the best part is that it’s just a block away from the beach. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. First, there’s no WiFi connection on the last floor, which can be inconvenient. Second, sometimes the hot water isn’t enough to take a proper shower after a beach day. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend this place and am sure I’ll return soon.

We had a few beautiful days of rest together with my sisters and a puppy, and I can say that the apartment met all our expectations :). The place is just as shown in the photos, which gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning. In addition, it is very well equipped and is super comfortable. We had a small problem with the electricity supply, but Tomás was very efficient and resolved it quickly. Despite this small detail, the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach.
