Private, safe, easy to access, with wi-fi connection and free parking on the street in front of the house. Best restaurants and cafes, art galleries, shops and parks are just around the corner. Lake Viljandi and the beach are within walking distance.

High chair, children's cutlery, children's potty, small bathtub, toys, 2 baby cribs are all available on request.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

A bright sleeping area features a spacious bed with neutral bedding and decorative pillows. Natural light floods the room through a large window, which offers a view of the historic rooftops and nearby church steeple, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

Our house is in Viljandi city, but it feels like you are in countryside. We have one double bed and one sofabed for two, plus possibility to add 4 matrasses on request. The house has everything you need for life. There is also terrace in front of the house with a seating area, barbecue facilities and children's playground. The nearest shop with a bakery and fresh meat is 300m away and the beach is 200m away.

A light-filled living area features a spacious, neutral-toned sectional sofa adorned with several soft pillows. Two round wooden side tables add warmth to the space, while a delicate vase sits atop one. A window with sheer curtains allows natural light to filter in.
