Monthly Rentals in Vilarinho dos Freires

Joaquim really goes above and beyond! He met us and brought us right to the rental, which was exactly as pictured and described. When we got inside, he gave us a small tour of the place, made sure we knew how to use the coffee machine and gave us great recommendations on things to do and see nearby. Plenty of treats were left for us, and his adorable mother, who lives upstairs, even came down while we were sitting on the patio to say hello! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay here again soon!

We can’t say enough about how magical our stay was. The unit is adorable and so unique. We loved the setting- the vineyards, the birds. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The sunset was glorious. The pool was a welcome respite from the heat. There is only one air conditioner in one bedroom, which in conjunction with a fan did a reasonable job of keeping the house cool on a very hot day. The kitchen is fine for light cooking.

Margarida bungalows are absolutely beautiful. They are spacious and had everything we could have wanted. Margarida was very responsive to any questions and proactively suggested things to do and the best restaurants around the area. Margarida's brother Louis hosted us for a wine tasting in the vineyard the bungalows are in and we absolutely loved his passion for the process and delicious wines. We can't recommend this place more!

Fantastic rooftop for viewing the Douro Valley, and a quiet location. I could not have been more pleased with Pedro’s listing, he is a fantastic host.
