We went in a class of 13 adults and 02 children and we simply love the house, every description corresponds to the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are considerate and kind, our class loved staying for 6 days at this home that is a true paradise.

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

I've stayed with these hosts before and, as always, everything went really well. Communication is easy, they are attentive and check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds things up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and with air-conditioning in all rooms (positive point). One point of attention: the neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and has a reputation for being dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Suggestions for improvement: put blackout curtains in the bedrooms (even the light from the lamp post is too bright for those who are sensitive to light) and the mattress of the double bed is uncomfortable. On the other hand, the single beds and the auxiliary beds are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Carlos treated us super well, always responding to us quickly. Spacious and comfortable apartment, but with some maintenance details to improve, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying and having fun in the space. Thanks Carlos!

The flat has a side view of the sea. It is behind the Catholic Church, so it is very well located. Supermarkets, bakeries and the best waterfront kiosk. We don't even take the car out of the garage, you can walk anywhere. Sensational!

We had a great experience at this home! From the time of booking until the check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. Tânia was extremely attentive, responding quickly to messages. The site was spotlessly clean. Fresh bed linens and towels, sanitized bathroom, and all rooms very well cared for. The location is great, close to everything The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Very comfortable bed, good shower, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything we need to prepare some meals. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back!

I stayed at Gustavo's apartment for 4 days and it was a great stay. The apartment is great, all set up, well equipped and has a beautiful breathtaking view. Gustavo is a great host, he responds promptly to requests. The neighborhood is perfect, it has everything, a beach apartment, the best location. This was the best place I have ever stayed in Praia da Costa. I loved it so much and will definitely be back. Super recommended!

Claudia's apartment is excellent, good location near the beach you can walk quietly, lots of shops nearby, supermarkets etc, quiet street, little noise, very quiet building. Great bed, wardrobe in the room, good and clean bathroom, excellent shower, very clean kitchen with all necessary and good utensils, good refrigerator, Internet, TV, everything working very well. It's an excellent deal to stay at this apartment. Cláudia is very helpful, responds quickly and made our check-in flexible since we arrived early and the apartment was unoccupied. We did not have any problems with the stay. Cláudia Sinda leaves garbage bags available for exchange (which is not usually the case) and also some cleaning products and a floor cloth that is sometimes needed to dry water that falls on the floor or something else, I thought that was very good. I highly recommend Claudia's apartment, you won't be disappointed. I will stay other times for sure.

The apartment is a beautiful duplex facing the sea. Hearing the sound of the waves on the beach is to feel the breeze that blows is priceless. The site is modern, well equipped, comfortable, with good ventilation. The outside area is very nice, with a swimming pool and a covered area to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Pituã and Itatiaia Islands. Our host always served us promptly with kindness and sympathy. There is everything close in terms of leisure, food and commerce. We found the property very clean and welcoming. We recommend and intend to return.

The stay was great! The place is very well located and close to a lot of things. The accommodation was also cozy, the Marina was great with the instructions and the ape is very good.

This is my second time staying with Jefferson and remains impeccable. I recommend it to everyone going to Vila Velha, and in case I come back one day for sure I'll stay again.

We loved the stay, the apartment is wonderful, just as described in the listing and photos! It has an admirable view, we enjoyed the apartment more than the beach, it's so perfect. We were greeted with a beautifully set table and a delicious cake. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find, close to Itaparica beach. The condominium is secure and has a 24-hour concierge. Amei!!! Too bad I couldn't stay longer... but I'm sure there will be another opportunity.

Roberto was very proactive, responsible, and nice on his communication. We lived in Vila Velha for twelve years , and we came back after ten year that we left Brasil. So, we were very impressed with how Roberto took care of all the details to make our memorable stay. All the concierges were nice and respectful. The apartment is exactly how he described, new furniture, and it is on very well maintenance. Roberto's apartment was well cleaned, organized, and we felt at home. So. we are on Rio de Janeiro now, and the place is not what the pictures showed at all. So, Roberto's apartment is well located, a block from the beach, you can easy walk. there is a fantastic bakery, and they have lunch as well. You can find pharmacies. We had to go 1am to buy a medicine, and we felt safe. We high recommend Roberto as a host, and his apartment to have a memorable stay at Praia da Costa, Vila Velha. We are excited to come back. Well done, Roberto!
