Great hosting! Host always available and even with the need to change the guest release, it was accessible and resolute. Clean bed/bath linens and environment, comfortable beds, excellent location close to markets, bars, pharmacy and a little square with toys and stalls at night. Just a note that there is no water filter in the most excellent and we will definitely be back!

I loved the lodging! The space was super clean, exactly as in the pictures, with a great size and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with everything close by: restaurants, markets and sights. It would surely return!

Awesome hosting! My experience was excellent from start to finish. The hostess was extremely thoughtful, quickly responded to all the messages and made sure everything was perfect for my arrival. The building was exactly as described — clean, organized and very cozy. Every detail showed care and hospitality. The location was also great, and the tips I received from the hostess made all the difference during the stay. I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend it to everyone!

Marta has always been very helpful and flexible since our first contact. The space is super nice and close to the beach. We came for a tour and will certainly come back when possible.

It was a good and quiet stay, but it must be said that the 4th room has to jump over the bed to get to the bathroom. As a suggestion. You could have a single bed with an auxiliary bed there, better than a double bed. Claudemar is not flexible with check-in time, so I had to pay for one more night because I would arrive a few hours before check-in Other than that, the stay was good, beautiful apartment, well equipped and well located, in addition to the cleanliness being impeccable

Great apartment, comfortable, complete, tidy and clean, as shown in the photos. Excellent location, close to everything, bakery, market, restaurant, pharmacy… Ane was always very helpful and attentive!

The stay was wonderful, the host Juliana is super friendly and gave us several nice tips. The apartment is well located and we were able to do many things on foot. Everything was super tidy and just like the photos! I recommend and intend to return :)

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

The house has exceeded our expectations! It's as beautiful as in the photos and had everything we needed for the weekend! Despite the slightly rainy weather, we enjoyed it a lot thanks to the heated hydro and sauna. We celebrated my birthday and my wife's birthday with friends and it was wonderful! We highly recommend it!

cozy accommodation, everything very organized. Luiz Felipe is very polite and made us feel very comfortable, the house is very nice. I just missed a thicker blanket because of the air, but everything is clean and very new. The location is good, close to the beaches and always 5.6 minutes from any app driver..., I will definitely stay again.

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

Linda and Mauro are wonderful hosts!!! They welcomed us in person and made sure to introduce us to everything. Extremely caring and considerate. Even pampering they left for us! Chocolates, flowers, walks to my Labrador. They are lovers! The house is exactly as advertised. The place really has a wonderful view and the condominium is very organized and pleasant. Especially for those who go with a pet. The beaches, Parque Paulo César Vinhas is all very close. To Linda and Mauro my eternal thanks.

Thank you Amanda for renting us is a wonderful home. The house had everything, good location and great access to many places. Already our second Carnival in Guarapari-ES and this was the best of all, not only for the house but for all the help that Amanda and her husband gave us.

Quiet stay. Spacious, bright, airy, more beautiful than in the photos. Joelita and her husband, very kind and helpful, gave tips on beaches and places for food and shopping. The co-host also sent good tips. There are a few steps, but they provide an elevator for the elderly, luggage and shopping. We appreciate it, recommend it and, returning to Guarapari, if the space is available, we will book it.
