Beach Lookout is a charming one bedroom apartment with direct access to the famous blue flag "Viking Bay" in Broadstairs and unprecedented panoramic views of the bay and sea from the balcony. You have the pier/harbour arm directly opposite and watching the sun rise whilst laying in bed through the balcony doors is amazing (I have uploaded a photo). You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

my daughter, grandaughter and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and clean. Although very close to beaches, bars and restaurants, it was still very peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Perfectly situated right on the front of Broadstairs, finished to a brilliant standard. Parking is very limited, so would advise unloading at the accomodation and then parking up on one of the nearby residential streets if there's no space at the accomodation - 5 mins walk max. Really lovely spot!

beautiful house perfect for our multi generational holiday! pottys and baby baths for any little ones provided as well as a fully stocked playroom (which kept my nearly 4 year old entertained all week). kitchen was very well stocked with any and every utensil you can think of. The location was perfect for the whole family, beautiful beaches a 2 minute walk away, amusements and restaurants with incredible food round every corner. we loved every minute of our stay here and cannot wait to return!

We really enjoyed staying in Liana and Clive's flat. It was really clean and had everything that we needed. The garden was great for our 2 year old. The location is amazing! It's directly opposite a beautiful sandy beach, with other nearby sandy beaches easily accessible by foot or by car. Broadstairs is less than 10 mins drive away. We had two cars between us so luckily we were able to use the neighbour's space too throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

I had lovely few nights in Margate. The flat was in a great location, a few minutes walk from Old Town and with lots of lovely restaurants and shops nearby. I had everything I needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay and will be visiting again next time I am in Margate. Recommended!

This is such a great flat if you want to have a fun stay in Margate. The views from the front window is just breathtaking. It’s central and you can walk easily to bars & restaurants as well as Dreamland. With the sun shining it felt like a weekend break in the riviera. Sara is a great host ⭐️

Tom’s place was perfect for our Canterbury visit. It was exceptionally clean, great location with amazing river views, all the attractions and restaurants were a short walk away.
