A beautiful well kept apartment in a delightful town, which is full of independent restaurants, coffee shops and retail outlets. The location is perfect, right by the sea with lovely views. Chris is an excellent host, attentive but not intrusive, and he had prepared a superb information book with well researched recommendations. This listing is highly recommended by me.

Seastay’s property at Ramsgate is quite unique. The wall facing the sea is all glass floor to ceiling. As you walk into the kitchen in the morning you encounter the sun reflecting off the sea; it’s breathtaking and deserves a five star review for this alone. The property is part of a block of about 15 apartments which are quiet, there was never any competition for the lift and rare to see anyone in the corridors. Ramsgate beach is delightful, without the crowds of Broadstairs or Margate. It’s my new favourite beach in Thanet and better still, only ten steps away from seaview’s front door. It’s not the cheapest place to stay in Ramsgate, but it’s worth every penny. A super responsive host should also get a mention- providing advice and responding generally within 20-30 minutes, even late at night, which wasn’t necessary but was appreciated

The flat was in a great location and easy to walk to wherever we needed. Aside from having a beautiful interior, the views over the sea were also stunning. Edward also very kindly let us check in early which ended up being a big help, so thank you!

Anna's place was beautiful and homely. Perfectly clean and the view of the sea made it extra special for us. We loved the little touches like the art work and seaside theme. Although some have mentioned the stairs- they are really easy and not steep at all so you wouldnt have a problem with this unless you couldnt use stairs normally. The stairs mean you have the brilliant view. Anna replied to my questions quickly and with really helpful tips and recommendations. Overall we loved it and would defo return. Thanks Anna.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat is tastefully decorated with unique objects in every corner, comfy beds, great living space... we felt right at home!!! The flat is a nice short walk in to Margate old town for great food and drink options, and well placed for longer walks along the Kent coast and beaches in either direction. We hope to be back !!!!

We loved the flat especially being able to see the sea from the kitchen, lounge and the top lounge & roof terrace. Being right in the town means you're close to everything- Convenient for shops, restaurants, cafes & the beach.

Anna was a speedy commmunicator, sharing lots of comprehensive and helpful information and responding really quickly to any queries. We had a lovely stay. Great accommodation and very centrally located close to the beach and all the local cafes, bars and restaurants. Thank you x

Fantastic host with great communication and a desire to deliver a really bespoke experience

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

Great property. Pics don’t do it justice. We really felt at home. Super close to the beach and park for the dogs. So many amenities, even a spare toothbrush - which i had forgotten at home. Thank you for having us.

The apartment was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood-burning stove and the terrace with its peaceful view were definite highlights.

Great space for larger families with adult kids especially with one bedroom on lower floor and also having three separate bathrooms. View amazing. Relaxing airy feel. Big bedrooms. Will be back again.

Such a lovely apartment in a great location. Janey was a brilliant host, very friendly, flexible and responsible. All in all totally faultless.

Great value for money Perfect location to walk around the old town, lots of restaurants in a walkable distance, cute market just downstairs on the weekends and there is a great wine bar a few doors down 🍷 Would stay again if I returned to the area

Spent a weekend in Ramsgate for a friend's wedding, and Amanda's flat was the perfect base - clean, tidy, with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor space. Short walk into town, close to all attractions, and only about 5-10 mins from the main station. Would definitely come back! Amanda was very responsive to messages and provided really clear check in instructions

We enjoyed our stay at Liz's place. It's very stylish, immaculately clean and the location is to die for! It's a stylish apartment set in a quiet one way street (parking easy) with a green and then comes the seafront and JMW Turner's famous Margate sunsets. I swam in the Walpole tidal pool every morning - it's just outside the apartment. Once we'd done a shop, we left the car and could reach all the sights on foot. Liz was always friendly and communicative. Highly recommended.

Meg’s place is very well located close to the beach and town area. We really enjoyed the sauna and playing mini golf right outside. We would stay again if we came to Margate.

Amazing last minute stay! Amenities and extras were brilliant, had everything we needed and more. As for the flat itself, it was very spacious, homely and so much natural light. The views were the selling point and they didn’t disappoint! Nikki was a great host, responded fast and would do anything to make the stay special. Can’t wait to return!

Great location, quiet and peaceful. Easy walk into Broadstairs and good base for discovering the area. Comfy, spacious and cosy space.

We had another wonderful stay at Dave & Amoy’s Flat Around The Corner. We can’t fault it. Ideal space to relax, two beaches in easy walking distance as well as plenty of shops, & restaurants nearby too. We look forward to returning in 2025.
