Modern and well-equipped holiday home on beautiful Averøya is rented. The house has sea views and is close to the popular Atlantic Road. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living room and kitchen solution and loft living room. There is plenty of room to be a lot of people together on the trip and the open kitchen solution makes cooking social and enjoyable. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace facing the great view. In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

Cheerful house with sauna outside, boat, private quay and boathouse

Great house with its own dock and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor Sauna . Plenty of equipment that can be used as bicycles, pizza oven in the bullpen, a fire pit by the sea, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you might need. Short distance to Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here is the peace and good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that may be rented. One is a 16 ft with 25 hp and the other is a 17ft Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See photos

Quiet, peaceful, with stunning views of fjords and mountains, less than 10 meters from the water's edge. 70m2 plus large room at the pier level. Unique layout, large window surfaces, and multi-level rooms. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. Lower floor with double gate, view of the fjord, and with its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer.

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Modern cabin with spectacular view of the fjord and sea. Sunshine (if lucky) until 10:30 pm in the summer. Big terrace with a gas grill for eating out. Distance to Molde centre 10-12 minutes by car. We have a small boat w/10 HP engine in the nearby Marina Saltrøa, around 5 minutes walk from the cabin, which can be used for free if the weather conditions are good enough. Just pay for the gasolin. Fishing gear at your disposal at the cabin.

At the beautiful Atlantic Road

It`s self Service you must bring linens and towels yourself. Im not able to provide it. There are duvets and pillows. since it is self service you must expect some more dirt and dust on the floor then places where it is paid cleaning personel. You must clean after you and wash up the dishes and empty dishwasher before leaving the apartment. There may be some traffic noise as the house is right next to the national tourist road.
