Soon you will reach a black cottage surrounded by greenery; our guest house "De Hooischuur". As soon as you enter the detached cottage, it immediately feels like coming home. And that is exactly the feeling we would like to give you. Our characteristic hay barn in 2018 is equipped with many comforts and gives you the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The cottage is a renovated barn in the back, overlooking the meadows in the beautiful area of Schoonrewoerd. The 1 bedroom cottage is fully equiped , Kitchen, Bathroom and a 2nd toilet. It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse.

In the middle of all the hiking trails and bike paths, you will find this unique location on the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie. A converted caravan from the 1950s with a wood stove outside on the water. You can use a sanitary unit with shower, sink and toilet. The caravan has electricity and heating for the cold nights. In the middle of the Natura 2000 nature reserve, surrounded by many bunkers, forts and 7 minutes by bike from Glastad Leerdam
