It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse.

Where you can see the storks and deer walking. Sleeping in the yard! is close to IJsselstein, Nieuwegein and Utrecht. Ideal to relax next to the civilized world in the yard. This place is located in the middle of the garden of De Zouwe and in the beautiful hiking area "De Zouweboezem", a protected nature reserve with many special birds and plants. Lots of privacy, a large garden in front of the door, a wood stove and lots of light.

Feel at home in our cozy apartment in the rural Nieuwland. A beautiful view on the polder and over 'de Vliet'. It is a good base for cycling along the Linge or a day of fishing at one of the many fishing spots nearby.
