Cute and cozy little cottage close to beach

Relax in this cozy holiday home at the end of a road and 750 meters to a lovely sandy beach through heather and forest. Here is a living room with kitchen, dining area, and sofa corner with a sofa that you can sleep on, a large nice bedroom, and a new bathroom. Nice garden with the option to eat outside, relax on the sofa furniture and outdoor games, including a basketball hoop. Ice cream and pizzeria within walking distance of the house. Mini golf and street food a little further away. Lots of nature and cultural experiences in Odsherred.

Relax with family or friends in this cozy cottage. Two houses with 2 bathrooms and a large terrace connecting the houses make this cottage absolutely amazing. Outdoor dining area with gas grill and charcoal grill. Outdoor shower with hot water ensures the optimal outdoor life in the cottage! (Note: closed in winter) Cozy lounge furniture on the large terrace in front of the main house. Large trampoline for the active. Heat pumps in both houses and a fireplace in the main house to create a lot of coziness.

Huset har 3 værelser, Wi-fi, masser af bræt- og havespil, pizzaovn, bålfad og et rustikt køkken med både opvaske- og vaskemaskine. Vi er altid i gang med forbedringer, men alt er funktionelt og rent.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

We have a large old garden with lots of flowers both in flowerbeds and pots – with several cozy corners and with good will – views over Sidinge fjord. This small charming apartment is located on its own with its own entrance and toilet with shower. The apartment includes a double bed, refrigerator, table oven, stove, outdoor grill, TV, free WiFi, tea and coffee.

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.
