Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

Patiess prieks, ka ir šādas vietas! Tāpat jāpiebilst, ka virtuves un pārējo telpu aprīkojums ir ļoti pietiekošs un ērts. Skaista daba, jūra un pludmale pavisam blakus. Wir waren mit dem Tiny-Haus rundum zufrieden. Liebevoll, geschmackvoll und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtetes kleines Haus. Sehr sauber und gemütlich, alle nötigen Dinge vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr bequemes Bett. Das Haus mit der Einrichtung entsprach komplett der Beschreibung und der Fotos. Wissen sollte man allerdings, dass es im Haus keinen richtigen Esstisch gibt. Es stehen 3 Barhocker zur Verfügung, so dass dieTheke als Esstisch dient. Falls mehr Personen im Haus wohnen, wird es etwas eng. - Dies ist aber keine Kritik, dies wußten wir ja durch die Bilder schon vorher. Riesiger Garten mit freiem Blick in einen Birkenwald. Privatsphäre ist gewahrt, da der Garten nur wenig durch Nachbarn einsehbar ist. Durch die sumpfigen Wiesen in der Umgebung waren teilweise zahlreiche Mücken lästig. Die Gastgeberin hatte bereits ein Mückenspray zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, gute Tipps für Freizeitaktivitäten. Das Haus war sehr leicht zu finden. I

Lieliska vieta, kur atpūsties no pilsētas burzmas. Viss tīrs un pārdomāts. Ļoti atsaucīgi un pretimnākoši saimnieki. Izmantojām arī pirtiņu, kas bija lieliski sagatavota. Patika, ka ir padomāts arī par bērniem, kur var drošā vidē iziet, pastaigāties, rotaļāties bērnu laukumiņā, un pat apskatīt aitiņas. Noteikti vēl atgriezīsimies!

Esam vairāk nekā apmierināti ar šeit pavadīto laiku. Saimnieki - ļoti sirsnīgi un atsaucīgi. Māja - skaista, atjaunota māja klusā vietā, netālu no jūras. Ar omulīgu terasi. Apkārt svaigs gaiss un klusums, kam cauri dzirdamas jūras šalkas. Iekšpusē ļoti skaisti un mājīgi - var redzēt , ka saimnieki piedomājuši par katru sīkumu. Lieliska vieta, kur atpūsties no pilsētas kņadas un trokšņa. Ļoti labs variants atpūtai ar bērniem - mūsējiem patika gan lēkāt pa batutu, gan šūpoties un kāpelēt, gan vienkārši skraidīt pa zaļo teritoriju.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Wild Meadow! The setting is magical – a cozy and beautifully equipped cabin right in the middle of nature, surrounded by meadows and forests. The presence of Highland cows nearby brought us so much joy – such a peaceful and unique experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The air inside the cabin was fresh and inviting, with a lovely scent, and we were greeted with a vase of freshly cut flowers – such a thoughtful detail! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and we especially enjoyed making a fire in the evening using the firewood that had been kindly provided. Communication with the host was excellent – we received all the necessary information well in advance, clearly and in detail, which made everything easy and stress-free. This is a place where you can truly disconnect from the noise and rush of the city and connect with nature. Peaceful, authentic, and full of charm.
