Union House on the beautiful Mckenzie River

Amazing to be right on the river. It snowed and made it seem like we were a million miles from home. Plenty of room for all. Large kitchen island. Nook table for games and puzzles and dining table for eating and conversation. We will be back.

Historic Cabin - River/Mountain Views Near Laloma

KellyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This cabin is so much more than we expected! The location was beautiful, and so peaceful. The cabin had everything we needed but the screened in porch was our favorite place to sit, listen to the river, relax and just enjoy each other’s company. There are several restaurants not far from the cabin too in case you don’t feel like cooking. We enjoyed several hikes nearby and lots of places to explore. Michael has the best communication of any Airbnb host I’ve encountered thus far. A truly magical getaway for my daughters and I.

Relaxing FallCreek Vacation Yurt

TerriRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I spent 3 nights here with my dog. We both loved the magical location so deep in the forest yet only gravel road for about a quarter mile including the driveway. The property is about 10 acres altogether with two other larger/regular dwelling vacation rentals on an adjoining 5-acre lot. That property has the shared hot tub, but it is a very short walk along a lighted path from the yurt. My dog loved running in the large grassy front yard there. The yurt is surrounded by old, lush forest, with a small gurgling creek and so many birds singing all day long. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water for the shower and the place has a homey decor. Needed to run the pellet stove for most of the night and through breakfast time, so if you are a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs as the sound of pellets sproadically clinking down the hopper seemed loud. The listing said no amenities but I found the kitchen well stocked with spices, coffee, sugar, etc. Weber grill on the porch. Thumbs UP!

We had a great stay! The space was exactly as advertised—small, but thoughtfully laid out and perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The construction and design felt solid and high quality, and the overall vibe was cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Lost Creek Guesthouse near Hot Springs, Hoodoo

JuliaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great location for access to the McKenzie River. We were here for the annual 50k race, and this was a great place to prep and then recover in. The only thing I didn’t realize was that it was not air conditioned other than a small portable a/c unit in one of the rooms. Given it was a 95 degree weekend, the house got pretty hot and never really cooled off much at night. Other than that, it was a great place to make a home base for the weekend!
