The cabin is a nice starting point for day trips e.g. to Ålesund (30 min), Molde (60 min), Valldal (50 min) , Geiranger ( 1 h 45 min), Trollstigen (1,5 h), Åndalsnes (50 min) etc. The area has almost unlimited hiking and recreational opportunities, to all ages and skill levels. The Trondhjemske Postvegen goes just past the cabin. Swimming opportunities in the pool (river) about 5 min walk from the cabin. The surroundings offer resting heart rate and tranquility.

Water and electricity in both cabins (well - no drinking water). Easy outdoor shower at the back of the old cottage. The cabin in the woods is suitable for those who appreciate proximity to nature. The cabin has the forest as the closest neighbor, with hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Here you can really find peace if you want self time, or quality time with enough you love. It is about 7 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the cabin. The first part is gravel road/ski slope and the last part is trail through the woods. NOTE: The house has electricity, but no running water.
