Cozy newly renovated year-round house, with partial fjord view and with charger for electric car. The house is located on the north side of Jegindø and is a 10-minute walk down to the fjord. The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

Around the house is a large wooden terrace with several groups. The beach alternates between rocks and sandy beach. A few meters out is exclusively sand. The water is often calm and very clear.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to Lemvig's nice harbor area, where you will find restaurants and cozy atmosphere The house has the finest little courtyard with cozy nooks and wildflowers. We love it and are sure you will come to it too There is a mandatory cleaning fee Included in the price are towels and linens - dish towels and dish cloths. The house is not childproof :)

Small cottage by the North Sea

The house was built in 1945 and has been inhabited by local fishermen until we bought it as a holiday home a few years ago. It is an older and worn but clean and cozy house with the nicest beach a few minutes walk from the front door. The beach offers great opportunities for amber finds, fishing, and kitesurfing. Behind the backyard is a newly built swimming pool with sauna and steam room as well as a gym, etc. Free access to this is included in the rent.
