Das Bauernhaus hat sehr wenig Nachbarschaft, daher liegt es in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Lage mit toller Aussicht. Zentral im Ortskern gelegen und doch sehr ruhig. Der Ennstalradweg und der Mariazellerweg sind direkt angrenzend. Die Wohnung liegt im EG mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Gerne können E-Bikes in der verschlossenen Garage eingestellt und geladen werden (Lademöglichkeit auch für E-Autos). Im Jänner 2024 komplett neu eingerichtet. Die ca. 50m² bestehen aus einem geräumigen Wohn-Esszimmer mit Küche, separaten Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. -Rollläden -Wohnraumlüftung

Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.
