Old chalet of 64m² dating from the 70s belonging to my grandmother, completely renovated to new (works completed on February 1, 2021). Facing south, very bright, terrace of 25m². Shelter and yard for cars. 2 minutes from the ski resort of Le Grand Massif (265km of slopes) and the blue lake with recreation base, bus stop nearby. South facing chalet facing the large massif.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 900m, on the southern slope of the valley of Giffres (super sunshine). Very nice view of the valley and the Grand-Massif area, many hikes from the chalet.Near the lifts of the ski resort of Morillon ( 5 minutes by car) ,of Samoëns (8 minutes by car). Many activities are offered throughout the year (hiking at the Sixt horseshoe circus, blue lake...) we would be happy to inform you.

Our cozy nest is 2 steps from the Morillon slopes (Grand Massif ski area), 400m from the blue lake with its leisure base (swimming, pony, tree climbing, inflatable games in summer and cross-country skiing sledding in winter) and 4km from Samoëns. The free ski bus shuttle stops 30m from the house.
