Ideally located 20 minutes from Les Gets , Sommand, Praz de Lys ski resorts for summer skiing or hiking enthusiasts, but also 5 minutes from Marignier city center and all amenities( Bakery, super market...) We are also 40 minutes from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a hillside with a view of the Môle, Bargy. The bedroom consists of a shower room with personal WC and shower and a separate entrance.

Located at an altitude of 1000 meters, you can practice: hiking in summer and all the pleasures of snow in winter. All of our bedrooms have been recently renovated in a welcoming Savoyard style with natural wood and a mountain style deco. They all have a balcony either looking over the Super Morzine or Pleney side of the valley.
