Townhome vacation rentals in Venice, Los Angeles

This place is always magical! This is our fourth time here and it's a pleasure to be back. Very comfortable, very well equipped and the location is just perfect. Montie has been a wonderful host from the start. We had a small issue with the plumbing and Montie fixed it in less than 30 minutes, even though he was traveling out of state. I highly recommend staying here!

Authentic family home, close to great beach neighborhoods. Easy walk to very good Thai & Mexican eats, and basic markets; about 1/2 mile to epic Japanese market & food court. Be prepared for stairs at this clean & comfortable four-level and you'll be rewarded with lots of natural light and views for your effort. Bring your cable app for your phone if you want to watch TV. There is a radio/stereo for AM/FM/CD. Outstanding library if you just want to chill and read a good book. Kitchen was nice and use of house spices & condiments is allowed. There is a hairdryer in the ground floor bath. Host Masha is kind and helpful. We would stay again.

Great Job J! We were a collection of 10 adults, some couples, and we were able to sort ourselves out and everyone was able to find a comfy place to sleep. It was perfect

This was a great location for our vacation! super close to the beach - very short walk. So much to do in the area and very close to the Venice Canals. very roomy with plenty of outdoor space and places to relax. we had a great stay and Vanessa was a great host and provided everything we needed, even beach toys for the kids!

Alex’s house was great! The house was super clean and in overall great shape, you can see it was recently renovated. It is also very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. House feels really safe as it is gated and the parking is also inside of the gates. Location was also very good for visiting LA as it is central and only a couple of minutes away from Koreatown. Would definitely recommend and book again when in L.A

Overall, the place was really nice. My only issue was the parking..it could be very difficult to find parking out on the street.

Great time with the family stayed there for a concert at SoFi stadium and it was super close only 9 mins away

I had a great stay in El Segundo! The neighborhood is quiet and suburban, which made for a peaceful atmosphere, yet in true LA fashion, the location is still super convenient—just a few minutes from the beach and about 30 minutes to downtown. Stacy was fantastic—very communicative, always proactive, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. I was even allowed to use one of their bikes, which was perfect for getting around locally, and I had full access to the kitchen, which made the stay feel even more at home. Highly satisfied and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a laid-back stay with easy access to both the coast and the city!

Great communication, very spacious.

The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There was always cold water available, and the host even provided some sweet treats — a nice touch! We also got a parking permit, which made parking super easy. The washer and dryer were available for use, which was very convenient. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful, and the terrace really completed the whole experience. Highly recommended!

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Michael’s place was great!! We loved the decor, the bright open spaces, and the spacious layout. Check-in was super easy with Michael coming to meet us, share additional instructions, and show us around. There was a plumbing issue that Michael communicated about proactively and went out of his was to bring us wine, beer, and snacks for the trouble. We really liked staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Such a wonderful home and by far the best stocked placed Ive ever stayed at. Toilet paper, conditioner/shampoo/bath wash, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher liquid and pods, water filters, coffee, and more available in plenty which I really appreciated. I only had to buy groceries and with my kids in tow and me often forgetting certain supplies on my first grocery run when arriving at a place, it was invaluable to me to not have to think about some of those basic items. The home was well decorated and clean, the beds were comfy, and host was very accommodating, including assisting me with a delivery. Would definitely stay there again.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

By all accounts, the most beautiful and stylish apartment I've ever spent time in. The apartment is conveniently located on the West Side of LA, within walking distance of Venice, and tucked in a beautiful, quiet and hip neighborhood with a huge variety of incredible restaurants and attractions withing walking distance. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive and helped to make our stay extremely easy and comfortable. It's a truly beautiful space and an absolute joy to visit. I look forward to a return visit the next time I'm in LA!
