Kathryn is super thoughtful! The bottle of wine was a really nice touch. Loved the beach bag stocked with anything and everything you might need. The Neighbors are fabulous got to know them and their pets. Everyone was super friendly and kind. The area was fantastic with the beach and restaurants so close by. Great peaceful stay!

Great spot to stay, very clean and convenient location.

I absolutely loved my two day stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be more perfect, just a block from the beach, which made for the most soothing and peaceful morning walks along the strand. It was the ideal way to start each day. The home is nestled right between Manhattan Beach and downtown El Segundo, so you're just minutes from some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and little local gems in either direction. The space itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed deserves a special shoutout, so many soft, plush pillows and a super comfy mattress made it feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. I truly slept like a baby every night. Highly recommend this place!

What an adventure! Was so great waking up to the sounds of the ocean! Sadly, I got sick during my stay so I didn’t get to stay the whole time, but it was so much fun!

This place was such a beach vibe. Perfectly located for anyone looking to stay near the beach and the pier. Peaceful and quiet. This air BNB came with a lot of things to use like pots, pans, 2 coffee machines, lots of towels, and stuff to use at the beach. The hosts were very kind and extremely friendly. They made us feel like we were home. Truly a great experience for us. We look forward to staying here again in the future if they'll have us.

Brian was an excellent host and provided us with clear instructions to get into the AirBnb. The place was immaculate and looked just like the photos, quick 5 min walk to the beach. Would definitely come back here!

Loved this place so much! Didn’t want to leave! Not only was this place exactly as described it was so convenient to walk to places the beach was private the house was spotless, like really cleaned. I’ve stayed at a lot of air bnbs and they aren’t clean just wiped down. But this house was very clean considering it was on a private beach no sand or weird smells. Beautiful and peaceful host was awesome! I slept so good with the ocean waves, I will be back! Thank you for opening your place up to us and the world it’s a beautiful view and relaxing space.

Nice place - in line with the description. Having a parking spot secured is a big plus. The flat by itself is very nice and well equipped..nothing is missing to have a pleasant stay. Plublic Transportation is at the corner of the bloc - will get you to Santa Monica pier in roughly 30mn. Then from there - metro rail is available to get you anywhere in LA Overall I recommend this place - and furthermore Alisa has been great to communicate with.

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yese's condo! It was very easy to find and get into the unit, and Yese provided clear instructions which included pictures for the parking garage. The unit itself was very clean and organized and had all of the basics! It was conveniently located for everything we had planned and within driving distance of a lot of local hotspots. Would definitely stay again, and recommend if you are looking to be in the MDR area!

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

There were many places to do grocery shopping, like Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, Ralph's. The coffee maker worked well for me too. Thank you!

The place was exactly what we wanted, in the perfect spot to explore Santa Monica with everything you need within walking distance. The views are amazing and Silvio was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Location location location.. This is a great place for 2 guests who want to walk around the area and just relax at the beach. This is the second time staying here and it is perfect for what I'm looking for.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica's condo, just a few minutes' walk from Venice Beach. The sea breeze through the open windows was a perfect touch. The home was comfortable and well-designed. Being within walking distance of great restaurants and having a dedicated parking spot made everything easy. Jessica was a gracious, understanding, and responsive host. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Bic’s was truly exceptional! The location is perfect—steps from the ocean and surrounded by tons of great restaurants, making it so easy to explore the area. The apartment was immaculate, cozy, and stocked with thoughtful touches and little conveniences that made us feel right at home. Bic was an outstanding host, super responsive, and ensured a seamless check-in.
