. Located in a desirable community of Venice Garden. Several beautiful beaches such as Venice, Manasota and Sharky's are located only few miles away. This ideal vacation home with swimming pool sits in a quite, peaceful area making it an ideal place for any season gateway. This is a great place for biking, running and walking. You will love my home because it can accommodate couples, solo adventures, or families with kids. There is no BBQ on the property.

Inlcudes access to community pool, fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, and short drive to grocery stores, theaters, restaurants and beaches. 30 minutes from Sarasota Airport, 1 hour from Tampa Airport and 2 hours from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. TRAVEL INSURANCE! Florida weather is unpredictable! I strongly advise you purchase Travel Insurance to cover costs in case of a last minute cancellation!
