What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

process was very simple to check in and check out. David was very polite , the place was very clean it was accommodating with basic supplies such as dishes silverware coffee maker even have some coffee , paper plates simple necessities, shampoo , conditioner some soaps , towels, chairs and cooler, floats for the beach that's within walking distance the neighborhood is beautiful, definitely a little piece of paradise I'll definitely come back.

Perfect spot right across from Sarasota Beach! Quiet, very clean, great pool, and very responsive host! We loved our stay and have favorited Vanessa as a host so we can check out her properties when we come back. Highly recommend this host and property for your trip to Siesta Key.

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

My daughter and I only stayed here for 1 night but found plenty within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops, and a 7-11 across the street. The pool and beach are a short walk around the block and down the street. The sunset on the beach was beautiful. Justin was very responsive and accommodating, as I had difficulty understanding the map and needed written instructions to the pool/beach area:)

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean and the home was well stocked with every item we needed. The host was always available and responded very quickly to our questions. This property was well worth the requested fee. We would stay here again during future visits to the area.

My wife and I had great stay at Christopher’s house. It was very close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and we would highly recommend staying here!

Melinda’s place was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at, beautiful decor, had all the amenities one could need (including beach accessories), perfect location close to all the beaches/food/grocery, etc. her check in/out instructions were easy, no hiccups with anything. I had a few questions at the beginning and Gregg responded promptly. The house was neat and tidy, loved the quietness of the neighborhood. My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

A beautiful place on the gulf with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Really enjoyed it

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay here. You can’t beat the location and view! Nice and clean. Comfortable with all the amenities you need. Heidi is consistently friendly, responsive and helpful. Always checks in on us to make sure everything is going well. She had a birthday treat delivered for my husband’s birthday during our stay. Just an above and beyond hostess! We will definitely be back again.
