This was a gem! I felt safe, the apartment was perfectly furnished, super clean, the layout was amazing! The best part about this place are all the art work around the building. I’d definitely stay here again. This place is special.

Lisa's apartment is ideally located, close to the beach and lots of fun. places in Santa Monica. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and Lisa's instructions were clear and helpful. In addition, she very kindly allowed me to check in early from an early arriving flight, which was very helpful. I would happily return and would;d recommend it to anyone staying in Santa Monica.

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

Barbara and Gunther were nothing less than the perfect hosts. Their place is fantastic, great location and spotless. MauMau is the friendliest cat I have ever met and has pushed me to get a cat of my own! Barbara and Gunther went out of their way to make our stay fantastic, provided great snacks, recommendations and an amazing place to stay which felt homely as well as being spotlessly clean. We will certainly be returning if we are in LA again, and will be recommending to any friends and family. The guys were extremely friendly and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

My family and I had a great time staying here. The beach is only steps away and walkable to great shops and restaurants. We would be happy to come back again sometime!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy Airbnb in a very nice and convenient part of Santa Monica. The space is thoughtfully designed and makes excellent use of every corner — even including all types of phone charging connectors, which was a great touch for travelers. The backyard is beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed having breakfast out there both mornings. Smitha was a fantastic host — very communicative and welcoming. She even shared some fresh fruit with us, which was such a kind gesture.

This was such a fun Airbnb experience! These hosts are so sweet, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had an odd request and they totally went out of their way to help! The entire area is gorgeous and perfectly walkable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 10/10 would stay here again!

The hot tub was the highlight for us! My daughter left a valuable and Colin’s hospitality extended past our stay in ensuring we received it safely back in our possession. Thank you Colin!! Location was a plus, easy to get to the beach. Having a reserved parking spot was a perk.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

LOVED staying at Julie’s place — I’m definitely coming back! Julie was so friendly and responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The bungalow is super cute, cozy, and had such a welcoming vibe — I felt comfortable and happy the entire time. For anyone without a car, it’s in a great walkable location within Venice, and there’s laundry conveniently located in the back. Thank you so much, Julie, for such a lovely stay!

Ideal location in Venice steps from the beach! Gorgeous interior design touches and comfortable accommodations! Host was very responsive and accommodated an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The only thing I would have liked to see different is how well the house is stocked for the number of guests it sleeps. We could have used more towels (had to wash a load halfway through our trip) and the kitchen has just the bare essentials.

Amazing place- out the back door are pedestrian walkways that could not be more charming. House is perfect- comfy! We didn’t want to leave. 100% awesome.

Great location within walking distance of beach and great food. Front porch is great for lounging with a book or dining al fresco. Shana was great throughout our visit and we would definitely stay here again

Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

Great location, high quality services, spacious and attractive

Listing was clean and as described. Location was walkable and close to many metro bike stations, where you can rent bikes for pretty cheap. I’d recommend going up north more towards Santa Monica than south towards Venice.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Very nice place to relax after a busy day in LA. The patio is beautiful and inviting. The place itself is cute and perfect for 2. An Avis car rental is literally around the corner which is super convenient. Although most restaurants and busy Santa Monica streets are not far, be aware that it is a good 20-30 mn walk through a commercial area to get there.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.
