Vacation rentals with a sauna in Venice Canals

Loved the location. There’s a phenomenal coffee shop across the street as well as a Trader Joe’s. Apartment was spacious and clean. It was perfect for what we needed as a family of four. Having two parking spaces was also ideal.

Had a great stay! Extremely clean and stocked with everything you would need from coffee to even a gifted a bottle of wine. Highly recommend to stay here. We will be back for sure.

It was a really good stay, the neighborhood was really peaceful and serene. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with enough room for storage. Overall great time spent there. Jorge is a great host, very responsive!

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Amazing location for a first time visit to LA. So much to see and do on our doorstep and a beautiful apartment complex.

Great experience, felt very at home. It was really nice to have someone at the front desk to provide an envelope with a key and to know I was in the right place clearly. Walkable to grocery stores Yoga and of course the conference center and beach. I wanted to extend my stay, but the place was already booked!

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the abundance of natural sunlight that pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The condo itself is stunning, with modern touches that clearly show the care and attention put into its recent renovation. The location is truly unbeatable—close to all the best spots in Santa Monica, including shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach. I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Santa Monica experience. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless from start to finish.

Was visiting from east coast to help my daughter move her things out of USC apt to storage for summer. The apartment was spacious, clean, well designed and had everything I needed and was about a 10-15 minute drive to USC. The building has a small gym and a pool and spa on the roof. It’s in the theater/fashion district of DTLA. The security at the front desk was so helpful. Parking is difficult in DTLA. I parked in an indoor public parking on 9th street bet S. Broadway and Spring/Main which was $15 for every 12 hours and exits through the building across the street. The host was very responsive to my many questions. The building has good security which is necessary in DTLA.

What a gem! This place hit every note perfectly - cute as hell, clearly loved and cared for by someone who gets what makes a space feel like home. We slept like babies (so quiet!), felt completely cozy, and the location couldn't have been better. But honestly? The host made it. Just genuinely kind and accommodating in that rare way that reminds you why you love traveling in the first place. Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

I had a great time staying with Monica! I loved how close the beach was and that the place had a pool you could use, the place itself was absolutely spotless clean and had everything you needed, and her pets, Tutti the poodle and especially Peanut the cat were super cute and chill! I loved hanging out with Peanut during the day :) overall very relaxing stay!

Love this place. Dealing with Arturo and Abel is very easy, they are extremely communicative and are always really friendly. We stayed here a year ago and just based on our experience, decided to stay here again and weren't disappointed, as expected. It's in a great area, with lots of great food options in walking distance and just a fantastic view out of the balcony. Place is very clean, Arturo and Abel are very quick to respond with any questions and yeah, not sure what else there is to say... stay here!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Nima's place. The space had everything we could have possibly needed and felt very secluded despite proximity to other homes. This is a great place to stay if you need a safe, clean, and thoughtfully organized home base while in LA!

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

The space is beautifully organized, with everything you need. There is a grocery store nearby, plenty of restaurants and peaceful, private outside area.

Topanga Canyon is a great location away from the busy city. The Canyon house is set in an amazing location, very serene with beautiful grounds and canyon views. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The interior is well done from the floorplan to the comfortable beds, and a great kitchen that included everything we needed. The host was fantastic. They were very responsive with communications and had local recommendations for Topanga Canyon and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. Natasha, again thank you for a wonderful week in Venice. It's just the LA I grew up in. Thanks for keeping the charm. We loved everything about it - the hens gave us some nice eggs and hopefully we kept them happy with enough food and water; loved the remodel and light, camper in the back, the sauna, the eating area in the yard, the outdoor laundry room. I will be keeping my eyes out and hopes of one day becoming your neighbor with similar property if I'm lucky to find one. We traveled to CA to see our twin grandsons graduate high school. Since my son moved to the west coast we have been visiting twice a year and we always look for a great place to stay. This was our third time staying at Luisy's place and it once again didn't disappoint. in the past we have stayed at many places but Luisy's has been the best we have found. If available we will be returning on any future trip.

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot!
