Typical apartment of the Cannaregio neighborhood, Third floor without elevator. It is not suitable for families with small children due to the stairs or for people with mobility difficulties. The stairs are steep and not very wide, typical of the Ghetto area of Venice. As some guests tell me, it is not easy to carry heavy and large suitcases into the apartment. Condominium areas that are affected by time. Well served by public transport and easy to reach from the train station, 8 min on foot.

Small studio in 15 minutes from Venice. Very convenient place to live in - in 2 minutes on foot you can take bus number 4.4L that within 10-15 minutes takes you directly to Venice, nearby there is also bus stop number 2,7 and tram... nearby there is two large supermarkets "Pam" and "Interspar"... 10 minutes away you can take train to train station and arrive for other cities in Italy... near train station there is a bus stop to Treviso and Venice Marco Polo distance 20 minutes

The systems and furnishings are new, comfortable and modern. The room is bright and ventilated. The windows overlook a romantic square.
