Well located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighborhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

Great studio for two people! Very comfortable, and stayed very cool inside during a heatwave! Easy to get into Bordeaux with the tram right down the road, but also many nice restaurants and places to get a drink in Pessac just a ten minute walk away. Hosts were super responsive and easy to communicate with and gave good recommendations when we checked in - we particularly appreciated the tip to take the train from Pessac Gare to Bordeaux St Jean instead of the tram on the morning we left. Such a great tip that made our return journey so much smoother. Highly recommend!

Small, very convenient accommodation close to the center of Bordeaux (20 min walk or easily accessible by public transport). Nice little courtyard, making you feel away from traffic noise. Impeccable interior, clean, with everything you need for a short stay. Restaurants, bakery and grocery store within 5 min walk.

The location of the apartment could not have been better. It is surrounded by plazas with as many restaurant choices as one could want. The apartment was French quaint with stone walls(which kept the place cool even on hot days) and stone floors, and was off the street so it was quiet. We spent three weeks there and thoroughly enjoyed the area and Bordeaux, and felt at home in the apartment. Bruno was truly attentive, friendly, and responsive.

This place was well worth the money. In the summer heat, we had to prioritize AC as we had a 9 years old. It’s hard to find central AC in Bordeaux homes. And also the place was perfect for 3 adults and 1 kid. Cyril, the manager was very responsive and accommodating. Also, very close to the center of Bordeaux.

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

A dreamlike house in the idyll of west France! We had a wonderful time as a family in the beautiful house Colibri in Médis. We are very thankful for Hélène and Delphine being warmly welcoming to us and tremendously friendly, uncomplicated and extremely helpful. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

A little break by the sea. The accommodation is ideal, well-located and well-equipped. We had a pleasant weekend. Very good communication with Véronique. We'll be happy to go back!

Quiet place. Charming and well decorated accommodation. Independent of the owners who live next door. Everything you need for a very pleasant stay in the Medoc. However, it was not hot enough in April to take advantage of the pool reserved for the listing. Easy and free parking ( and a charging station for EV owners at 80m) We would highly recommend it.

We had a great weekend with the family at Valerie's house. The accommodation is very close to the center but quiet. The house is very nice, new with a nice garden. We were able to do everything on foot (beach, restaurants, walks, shopping). Communication was very easy because the owners live right next door. Short perfect stay!

Very warm, clean and functional accommodation, with a sea view and a large sunny terrace, it is very well located (2 steps from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the city center) and the residence is quiet. My host was recommended to me by an acquaintance and I am very satisfied with it. She was very accommodating because not normally hosting on one night, she finally accepted it so for that thank you again. The apartment located on Eysines is quiet, peaceful and safe. Close to all amenities (tram station next door). Apart from its location, the decoration is beautiful and warm, it feels very good right away. Cleanliness is indisputable.
