The stay was very pleasant. We were with the family. Kids enjoyed the place very well. Jeejo was very helpful. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property. They have provided a shower in the garden which is very useful when you return from the beach.

We had a great experience at Beena's Airbnb in Ernakulam. It is a beautiful, spacious, clean and cozy house. Beena was a wonderful, understanding and friendly host. She helped us with all our enquires and made sure our stay was comfortable. We felt as if we are staying in our own home while in this Airbnb. If you're looking for a cheap getaway and merge with nature, this place is for you. Mind you the house is small, but the environment makes up for the quaint little place. We felt one with nature and got to experience a vintage era. Overall it was a refreshing and mesmerizing experience.

We had an amazing stay at Mr. Ravi's place in Alleppey! His hospitality was truly exceptional—he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Each morning, he greeted us with freshly brewed coffee, which was the perfect way to start our day. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests made our experience unforgettable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a serene environment, making it an ideal retreat. Mr. Ravi also shared great local tips that helped us explore the best of Alleppey. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would highly recommend staying with him! One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic BBQ we enjoyed in his beautiful lawn—an experience made even better by his helpful and friendly nature.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, traditional Kerala house! Our group of friends found the home beautifully maintained, with three spacious AC bedrooms and large, clean bathrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The fully functional kitchen was a big plus. Although the house is located right on the highway, the large compound provided complete privacy and a peaceful environment. One of our favorite spots was the cozy patio in the backyard, shaded by a huge jackfruit tree — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. For the price, this place is honestly the best deal you could find. A special thanks to our host, Romy, who made sure our experience was absolutely perfect and hassle-free. Less than one hour drive from cochin. A lap pool would be a perfect addition.

Great Place to stay, and owner is so humble and helpful

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb property in Kochi during our campus immersion program at IIM Kozhikode’s Kochi campus.. The host was incredibly flexible, friendly, and humble, making our stay smooth and comfortable. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly suited to our needs. Nice place .Very responsive from the host

Second time back and still absolutely lush. The place has such a calm, laid-back vibe – proper peaceful. You get cracking views of the sunrise and sunset, and if you’re anything like me and love just parking yourself outside with a cuppa, soaking up those stunning Kerala scenes, it’s spot on. Proper little getaway!

This always a great stay at allepey which was really private, super clean and had the most friendly hosts we've ever had. Was really sweet of them to have a beautiful complimentary breakfast prepared for us. A private pool to top it off.

The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . We( 8 people+ 1pet)had stayed for 2 days at this beautiful property of Ammachiveedu this Christmas. This heritage property is well maintained along with all modern amenities for a great comfortable stay. Beautiful lawns and pool added to the beauty and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them with badminton , frisbee and water polo. The best part of the property for me personally is the all glass dining room which is welcoming and pleasant.Staff especially caretaker Ebi and Owners Alexander and Sanjo were super helpful and friendly. It is located conveniently at heart of city making it easy to move around and order stuff. Also, the tourist locations like Kumarakom, Kuttanad and Makarikkal are all under 30 mins drive from the location. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to explore in and around kottayam!!!!

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.

We absolutely loved the space as it was just enough for the two of us and our dog. The place was easy to find and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end with the hosts being accessible at all times, checking in to see if we needed any help. The security at the property was also very helpful and hands on with aiding us in any way needed. Would highly recommend the space to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kochi!

Basil teacher, as she's known around, is one of the most meticulous hosts we've come across. The place is surrounded by lush sylvan and the Meenachil river. It's quiet and wonderful. The quarters we stayed in has such an amusing history to it. It's got beautiful furniture that are at least 70 years old. The home where Teacher resides is over 170 years old and is a stellar construction. Basil teacher is a generous and thoughtful host. We had informed her that one of us has an ankle injury, and coincidentally or not, we found an ice pack in the refrigerator. The kichenette has everything you need. Despite it, she'll happily offer coffee in the morning. The breakfast is heavenly. Special thanks to Shyamala chechi as well, who is the helper. Teacher will also tell you a bit of local history which is very interesting. In all, it was a wonderful and peaceful stay for us.

Amazing place! We stayed for three days for some shopping, and Tom's apartment was a great decision. The apartment has three rooms—two with queen beds and one with a smaller bed—so it was perfect for five adults. The location is very close to Lulu Mall and other shops, making it very convenient. There is parking available inside the premises for one car. Tom is a very warm host. He communicated well and was always available whenever we needed something. He keeps the apartment in excellent condition. I would recommend this stay to everyone!

Greta place to stay. In the hear of Kakkanad and nearby infopark. Lots of restaurants nearby for quick deliveries of Swiggy and Zomato. Place looked exactly like the pictures

Our stay was incredibly peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to unwind. The property is located just a short walk from a private-like beach, Additionally, it’s only 400 meters from Marari main beach, making it convenient to explore.

The property was amazing to be at with it's peaceful surroundings nd very well connected to places around and Fort Kochi and other attractions. We had a lot of fun at the property and with it's aesthetics this property is a really good place to be at. Vivek was responsive oover the call and literally a call away in case of any questy which made the experience more memorable - would like to book the property again for any future trips.
