We had three lovely days. Excellent cottage with a great garden. Ideal place to discover the area (already cycling) from there.

Mariken responded quickly to all inquiries in advance. The house is small but very nice and you can also enjoy sitting outside. The kitchen contains all the amenities you could need, even a fully automatic coffee machine. We were looking for a house where we could meet another family for dinner. It was ideal for this, as there is enough space outside and inside. We did not find the aircraft noise very disturbing. We had a lovely weekend.

The beautiful house was very individually decorated, very bright inside and equipped with private furniture. Everything was clean and upon arrival the very likeable house owner Jan directly welcomed us, explained the house and gave us tips for the area - for example where we can find a cheap bike rental. Joffry takes care of the house and was very accessible. We especially enjoyed the harmony of the house and garden. In the garden there were two chickens that laid fresh breakfast eggs. From the house you can look out on a magnificent dune landscape where you can hike or cycle. The nearest beach is only 15 minutes by bike - if you prefer a secluded beach section, you can go a few minutes further. We really liked the nearest town Alkmaar with its many historic houses, restaurants, cafes and picturesque canals. We would very much like to rent the beautiful house again from Jan and Joffry. We stayed at Chantal's house with our two-year-old daughter and had a great time. The house is very cozy and with everything you need. In the garden you can relax and play. The planes can be heard, but it didn't bother us. We rented bikes and did many nice tours in the area. The staff at the park were also very friendly and there were great play opportunities for our daughter there. Chantal also provides many ideas for excursions. We highly recommend Chantal's house! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the little cottage. The cottage was really cozy and the garden was beautiful. It is an one hour walk to the beach through a beautiful dune park. We would definetly come back :)

Katharina is one of the nicest hosts we have met. We loved our stay in her cute tiny house. The village is very quiet, super clean, and im sure in summer gorgeous when the flowers are in blum. The garden is perfect for our little dog, and we always enjoy having a full kitchen to use in holiday. We hope to visit again someday in the future!

We enjoyed staying at the farm! It was great to be able to travel from the place to many great events to De Hague, Amsterdam, Keukenhof and Zaandam! We had a quiet place to rest each time we came home. Thank you Koos for letting us enjoy your place!

Great place to stay with a great host, and we used the bikes provided often. Only 5 min bike ride to the train station & grocery store. Photos are a little outdated and it can get cold due to the nature of the construction.

We had a wonderful weekend at the location :) The host Stefanie was really helpful with all our questions and everything was communicated clearly upfront by the owners.

We felt very comfortable. The view of the sea is indescribably beautiful.

Lovely little house with everything you need. Super clean. Its in an idilyc area surrounded by beautiful Netherlands nature and animals. The host is wery welcoming and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Nice accommodation, in a green and quiet environment, equipped with everything you need. Easy to get to tourist destinations. recommended!

Exceptional! In every way. Our kids loved (5 and 1 year old); toys, trampoline, paddle board, sauna, water games, I think there's nothing they didn't enjoy during our stay. And for parents it's relaxing to know your kids are having fun all over the line even when traveling. A big plus: the safety of the place with the kids and the water. Probably one of the only properties so well installed (there's even a Child lock on the door leading to the dock!) We were amazed by everything there was to do and even extended the stay. The beds, pillows and duvets were super comfortable. A little small as a space on the other hand for more than 2 adults and 2 children but nothing that prevents you from enjoying the place, especially with the outdoors as well appointed.

My boyfriend and I were very happy with our stay. Everything was available, very friendly hosts, no problems with communication, clean accommodation and quiet surroundings. The view was beautiful, you have your privacy. Everything was perfect, we would come back anytime!

We were with two families (4 adults and 3 smaller children) in Vreny's and Bart's house. We felt very comfortable and were grateful for many small things such as a crib or a stair gate, which are not self-evident. Kitchen was also superbly equipped. The rooms are rather small, which was very convenient for our room layout. You can hear the train and planes in the distance, but it was never so loud that it bothered us. Our children found watching the train on the way to the playground or supermarket rather exciting (and were probably often louder themselves...). Since we were there in the summer and usually had good weather, we were often on the beach. By car, finding a parking space can be difficult. If you have a bike, you should definitely take it with you and use it. Otherwise, we liked to use the garden and barbecued there. We would gladly come back. I had an amazing time at the cabin. I am a florist and I came from the USA for the flowers and to learn as much as I could about them, the farming, the flower auctions & the marketing and advertising while I was here. I was traveling solo and her cabin is a perfect location for it all and I felt safe there through out my stay. I also loved the fact that I had the quiet woods and farmland surrounding me but could also be at the beach in a blink of an eye! She was an amazing host with the biggest heart and wonderful recommendations. I so wish to come back one day with my daughter. The cabin and The Netherlands have my heart now! :) Thank you for an amazing trip. P.s.- If you plan to stay here, maybe bring a flashlight because the trail in the woods to the cabin can get a little dark at night! ;)

Had a great vacation! The house leaves nothing to be desired. The view of the sea is a dream. In the house, everything is clean and tidy. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a lot of things to do and shopping is also available. We will be happy to come back !

We will definitely be back here. We enjoyed the house and the area. Kees and Marion are particularly pleasant and helpful hosts. Everything is generously present in the house. From good cookware to plenty of dishwasher tablets, coffee, tea and basic herbs. The location is particularly beautiful. Beautiful hiking trails directly from the house. Beach, sea and dunes nearby. And you can also go shopping nearby.

The place is amazing way better than the photos, there are details in every corner you keep finding something surprising and very useful, everything smartly placed without causing any clutter. The views are amazing, the area is really calm and clean. Marja and Jozef were amazing and helpful all the time.

with kids in the caravan was super. The area is so beautiful....robins , bunnies, silence (occasionally a plane) you can go to the fine beach of castricum by the sea (10 minutes by bike) clean toilet sticks. You can rent bicycles for the children and go-karts. Playground and nice activities.

Beautiful cottage in a quiet setting. Well equipped kitchen and had comfortable beds. The TV and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. I relaxed every evening in the comfortable, heated canopy located between the cottage and shed. The kind neighbor in #22 helped me acquire batteries for the heater remote controls, but this was the only minor snag. When arriving, Google Maps directed us down Hemsinck instead of Plein Soleil. It was a bit tight turning around, but after taking the correct road, the parking and cottage were easy to find thanks to the hosts' directions. We brought my 84 year old mother-in-law to visit her old home town of Gorrsel which she has not seen since 1956. She got to see her old house and talk to the current owners who have been there for 30 years. We also visited Den Haag, Delft, Amsterdam, Gouda, Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans, and Amstelveen (for dinner with a friend).

Apartment is clean and tidy and well located in Zandvoort. Everything worked great. We were very satisfied
