House vacation rentals in Vejby

We recently had the most wonderful summer break staying at this lovely, peaceful cottage in Melby. From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt ourselves relax. The cottage is beautifully decorated, kitchen is super well equipped and the beds are very comfortable - easily sleeping our 2 families. Outside, we loved using the pool, snoozing in the hammock and eating on the expansive deck in front of the outdoor fireplace. The cottage is a 10-15min walk to a pretty local beach and a short drive (or bike ride) to the pretty Liseleje Beach. Lots of fantastic restaurants in the area and plenty to see and do. Christian and Pernille were brilliant hosts - easy to communicate with, always responsive and gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. Thanks for a truly fabulous stay!

It's a very cozy house. We enjoyed our stay. The sauna can fit 2/3 people comfortably, but more than that is too tight. The location is great, it's at the same time private and also close to grocery stores, the beach, and coffee shops.

We stayed here with our three children. It has been recently refurbished with beautiful gardens and lots for the children to do. The pool and outside shower were highlights. The area is very tranquil and great for walks, but also easily commutable to Copenhagen. Thor and Line were very communicative and even left us flowers and a bottle of wine. We would love to stay here again, it is a very special place and definitely one of our favourite holidays. Thank you!

We had a delightful stay. Kim is a very responsive and helpful host, and the house was clean and equipped with everything you might need for your stay. We were impressed by the attention to detail. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Would recommend having a car, but we managed it all on public transport and the handy bikes at the house. The only confusing bit was the light switches that took some finding! If you’re looking for a comfy space an hour outside of Copenhagen, this is a great place.

To be honest, the photos and description didn’t do the house justice - it was larger than expected. We really enjoyed the pool and outside terrace when the weather allowed it. Jennifer was very responsive to all our needs & questions! Top notch place - would strongly recommend.

Wir haben uns im Haus total wohl gefühlt. Es ist nicht nur hübsch eingerichtet, sondern auch total praktisch für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Unsere drei Kinder sind in einem ähnlichen Alter und haben sich sehr über das tolle Hochbett, die schönen Verkleidungen, Spielsachen und Bastelutensilien gefreut. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das große Ehebett hatte so viel Platz, dass unsere Tochter entspannt bei uns schlafen konnte. Unser Sohn hat im Pool tauchen gelernt und es war ideal, dass der Pool hoch war (dass unsere einjährige Tochter nicht reinfallen konnte), aber der Wasserstand so, dass unsere älteren Kinder darin stehen konnten. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und können uns gut vorstellen, noch mal wieder dort Urlaub zu machen. Wir blicken auf einen wundervollen Dänemarkurlaub zurück. Christiane ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns persönlich empfangen hat und bei einem Rundgang alles gezeigt und erklärt hat. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten unsere Auszeit vom Alltag in dem gemütlichen Häuschen und auf der herrlichen Sonnenterrasse in vollen Zügen genießen und zur Erfrischung ein paar Bahnen in dem wirklich großen Pool schwimmen. Es war alles sauber und mit viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail im Vintagestil eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben himmlisch geschlafen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man kann sich sehr gut selbst verpflegen. Wer Ruhe, Nähe zur Natur und Privatsphäre sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Meer ist gleich um die Ecke und es gibt wirklich viele tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in naher Umgebung. Es wird nicht langweilig, gibt immer wieder etwas zu entdecken und wir kommen sehr, sehr gern wieder...

well located place, easy to access, well equipped place like a an equipped kitchen. It has a nice garden ( Dansk : have), Yaov communicates very well and helpful.

Ein wunderschönes dänisches Ferienhaus, sehr gemütlich und ruhig, geschmackvoll und mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet! Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung Ausflüge zu machen, am Strand spazieren, im Wald wandern, in die Städte Helsingør und Kopenhagen, den Abend in der Sauna ausklingen lassen… wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!

Extremely cozy cottage with a historic and homely atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, beautiful surroundings and a great place for both leasure and writing retreats. Highly recommendable.

Had such a wonderful time there with my family, a very cosy house and a lovely garden… we especially loved the record player! Mille was very quick and helpful to respond to any queries, can definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday! :)

Wonderful house and is quite modernised, lovely terrace and garden. House is close to the beach. Check in was easy with lock box and communication with host was great. Recommend!

Lovely , spacious, comfortable house very near to many beautiful beaches and coastal walks. We found amazing restaurants and art galleries a short drive away. Amazing, large garden and porch with seating to sit outside and admire the garden. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need, thanks for a lovely stay Josefine!

This picturesque cottage is a rare beauty in a lovely seaside town. We experienced the full spectrum of Danish weather during our weeklong stay, and this home was perfect for it all. On rainy days we enjoyed hygge with the wood-burning stove and candles. The clear days were spent enjoying the sun in the gorgeous and well-maintained yard. The town is charming with great bars, restaurants, and beaches. This home is tucked away, yet nearby everything. We walked into town for fresh pastries and coffee almost daily. Malou was a gracious and communicative host. We would love the opportunity to stay here again and again.

Wir haben den Urlaub in Andreas Haus sehr spontan gebucht. Dennoch hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Er hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft und der Garten war wirklich schön. Alles war sauber. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Nach Kopenhagen sind wir ca 50 min mit dem Auto gefahren und konnten dort (aber auch vor Ort) viel erleben. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Wonderful secluded home. Pristine condition. With everything we needed. Close to the beach and the coast within easy driving distance of Helsingør, Roskilde and Copenhagen. We loved it there.

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch bei Regen haben wir uns Dank der vielen Spiele nicht gelangweilt. Die Gegend ist einfach wunderschön und der Weg durch die Hügel zum Strand ist fantastisch. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig, ist aber trotzdem gut erreichbar und hat einen tollen Garten. Alles top!

We had a fantastic time in Vejby! The House is located close to the beach and surrounded by nature. Loads of options for dinning in the nearby towns. The house is very cozy and private from the outside. It is placed within a very well maintained garden with loads of flavors and various different fruit trees/plants. Wir als Familie haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Tilde und Christian in ihrem schönen Haus sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt. Beide Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben schnell auf Fragen geantwortet.
