Very well-kept property with attention to detail! In addition to the full cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for getting around by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be too suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

Easy to park. And the view from the terrace is breathtaking and so relaxing. The bedding is impeccable and linens are available. Big cities to visit nearby. Beach 15min By car. Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. Many evocative corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small apartment but at the same time, spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, to get to the sea you need a car. The only flaw, if you have a big car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. The Casina del Noce and its wonderful garden are a pearl of Versilia. The house is small but cozy, the giant garden, very well kept and the pool the ideal solution to cool off and especially if you have children like us. Massimo and Ilaria were always available, kind and very nice in the chats we had! The house is close to the Versilia sea that offers everything, for families and non-families. We hope to return soon at the end of the summer to enjoy another week of tranquility and nature!

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Very beautiful apartment, nicely furnished with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling off after day trips. It was lovely to stay there. Bakery, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old town of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and in front of the door also possible at a cost.

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Two of us stayed in Donatella's mini apartment for eleven days in mid-May and We felt very comfortable. On about 20m2 everything was the finest and very clean. From there, we visited by rental car Livorno, Pisa, San Giminiano, Volterra, Lucca and Florence. In between, we enjoyed rest days on the beautiful terrace. Donatella recommended her beach section 'Lido di Tirrenia', where we spent beach days under her parasol/chairs. We love country life and recommend the 'Oasis of Peace' without restriction continue.

Paola and Gianni are attentive to every detail and very helpful. A place that deserves to be visited. The accommodation is lovely, very well maintained and the cleanliness is excellent. For those seeking tranquility, it is an enchanting area. We found variable weather conditions but the accommodation already heated and the stoves lit, this was already a great welcome. Inside the house there is everything you need. The place is ideal for relaxation and walks, for those who love to be in nature and in tranquility.

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

A little slice of heaven in the middle of the woods. The wonderful cottage, the large and equipped garden, perfect for both humans and dogs, surrounded by peace and quiet. Silvia is always available for any questions. It was a 3-day rejuvenation. Everything was perfect!

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!
