Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake that you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach which is the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Sea view and spit down to City Lake, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Loans of bicycles for lovely bike rides and loan of golf clubs, Finspång has 27 hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa )are staying on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

The house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location, very quiet and in nature, with a large courtyard for parking. Pia and her husband were available at all times and incredibly friendly, humorous and very flexible. We felt at home and got a very special insight into Swedish life. We recommend this place with all our hearts!!

Honorine and Gustav welcomed us very openly and warmly on their beautiful and idyllic estate, so that we immediately felt very comfortable and well informed. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the pictures (directly on the lake), was equipped with everything (and much more) and everything in the house worked perfectly. There was also the possibility of rowing on the lake with the in-house boat. We had a wonderful time in Årnäs and highly recommend the accommodation.

We liked the stay, as it was pleasantly quiet. The bus takes you easily to the city center, shopping was easy on foot. The apartment and garden offer plenty of space to have a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, we didn't meet Peter in person, but he organized a great representative who immediately helped us with questions.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family and grandparents. The children enjoyed playing outside on the trampoline, boating, fishing and even paddle boarding in the sun. For the adults enough seating in and around the house to enjoy the silence, the birds and the beautiful surroundings out of the wind and in the sun. Beautiful hiking opportunities nearby and the sauna was nice with convenient showers directly adjacent. However, it is useful to know that the second bathroom is not present in the main house. This was no problem for us. Stefan was remotely quick and very helpful and friendly in contact. Our holiday started cold, but inside it was very cozy with the soapstone wood stove for which there was enough wood available. On the lake you can fish with the boat with anchor, useful to know that fishing up to a maximum of 60 meters from the side is quite possible. We enjoyed it.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy and offers plenty of space, also as far as the outdoor area is concerned. Lake (Sommen) access is very close within walking distance. At the private dock you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended.

Very cozy little apartment! Fresh and beautifully decorated. Close to everything and lake plot! Very nice and accommodating hosts! We'd love to come again!

Beautiful apartment with a Great central location. Bed was super comfortable and it was very nice with a sunny balcony. Walking distance to restos and the beach. Julius was friendly, helpful and responsive. I would love to stay here next time I come to Jönköping.
