We loved the stay. Caretaker was very kind and helpful. Well ventilated house with a beautiful back yard. Zepto and blinkit is not available but there are shops nearby which Mr. Ani (caretaker) helped us to get when needed. Temples, sightseeing spots are very nearby (within 5 kms). Uber facility is available which makes it easier to travel places. They have a very cute and friendly pet named Charlie (Indie dog). For those who don’t play with dogs, Charlie stays in his kennel during the stay. I’d very much recommend this house for those who want to visit Trivandrum and make sure you come for 3-4 days to visit places around and also spend sometime in this beautiful house and enjoy the nature. Thanks to the owner Govind and Appu for hosting us and making it a very pleasant and unforgettable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which was exactly as described on the Airbnb listing. The location is excellent—strategically situated near the bypass and the airport, making it easy to find and ideal for our travel plans. The house was perfect for our large family, offering four spacious bedrooms along with sofa beds, comfortably accommodating everyone under one roof. The host, Noel, went above and beyond by arranging extra beds to suit our needs. The fully equipped kitchen came stocked with essential amenities, and additional conveniences like a washing machine, cooking gas, and daily waste disposal coordination made our stay even more comfortable. All the bedrooms and the living areas were air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant and restful environment throughout our 5-day stay. Check-in and check-out were handled seamlessly by Noel, who was extremely helpful and responsive, making sure we settled in without any hassle.

Salva was a great host and very helpful. Her place was spacious and very clean and she was very responsive to any questions. Apartment is located in an ideal spot with many restaurants and cafes a quick walk away (5 or less mins!) and it was easy to get an uber/tuktuk as well. Really recommend her place for anyone looking for a place to stay while in Trivandrum.
