Wow, Unfortunately, we were only there for a trade fair and could not use any of what the apartment has. Check in easily by key box. Great kitchen fully equipped (unfortunately my mocha pot did not work / induction), cozy living room with huge TV, plenty of space. We then used the comfortable beds (not too soft + not too hard) in the two bedrooms, the balcony and the open shower. The location is great - in the countryside, very quiet and yet very close to the brewery :-) Sonja - thank you for this recommendation - we were there every day - and I took the rest of the Kaiserschmarrn with me. We'll happily come back anytime - absolute recommendation.

Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

Nikolai was a super nice and helpful host. The surrounding is peaceful, train and shops are in walking distance. The place is comfortable, has all what you need and even a little garden.

We felt very comfortable in the modern and lovingly furnished apartment. For our visit to the Therme Erding and Munich, the location was perfect for us due to the short distances. Communication with Tamara, Edith and Heinz worked great both in advance and on site and we felt welcome right away at the horse farm. We will be happy to come back!

Great experience. The accommodation complied with what was indicated. Absolutely affordable price compared to other options in and around Munich for the same period. You need to use the car to get to the subway to Munich, and to get to supermarkets and restaurants in the area, but they are small trips and without parking problems.

Came to visit the Bauma exhibition and stayed at Julia's homestay for 5 days. Great experience in every aspect. First of all, the homestay is very close to the exhibition hall, about 1km walk to the S line, dm and another big supermarket near Baldham station, and there are several restaurants, which can solve the problem of transportation and eating. Secondly, the homestay is on the third floor attic, which is more spacious than I thought, so I don't have to worry about bumping into things. The bedroom bed is also very large and comfortable. There is a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and all the facilities are very new and easy to use. Finally, the host Julia is very nice and welcoming. She recommended several nearby restaurants and responded promptly to any questions.

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Munich. Cat’s place is so clean, efficient and modern. The place is located in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and great walking paths. It’s close to the major Munich sites and the train station. Cat was a great communicator and provided useful recommendations. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely vacation in Munich while staying at Fabian’s house. It is a lovely neighbourhood close to a river and within 15-20 mins walking distance of the old town. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. Fabian was a great host. He was very quick in responding to our questions. In case we come back to Munich in the future, we will stay at Fabian’s apt, subject of course to availability.

Good, quiet location, very clean and well-maintained apartment, comfortably furnished and plenty of space. Very good amenities: nothing is missing in the kitchen and bathroom. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, has baked cookies for us so far, you just feel comfortable there.

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We got many and good tips for things to do in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is in a quiet neighborhood that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is well equipped and the associated induction field, as well as the oven and microwave are modern and in a 1-A condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and is in the garden with beautiful views! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which overlooks the house slightly elevated. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.
