Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old farm village with fine landscapes, with the cities of 25-35km away! Walking distance to the village's 24Food shop, Sunday skiing and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with planted fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is located in a calm and quiet area with the forest and the snowmobile trail outside the door. Please respect that you do not rent our part of the garden.
