Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Västervik

We loved every minute of our stay at Camilla’s house. It was peaceful and perfect for 4 adults and our one small dog. We especially loved the new sauna - it’s beautifully built, with top of the line heat for the ultimate relaxation experience. The rowboat, the access to the sea, the surrounding lawn and nature trails all added to the perfect weekend to get away! The house is even better than the listing and pictures show. Camilla is the perfect host - helpful, responsive and kind, and she has created a very special place for travelers to rest and relax! We’re so happy we found it and we can’t wait to find a reason and time to be back at her house!

Very nice and nice house. Stayed 4 adults and 4 children aged 3-7 years and we had plenty of space. There were toys, games and drawing opportunities for the children. Good floor plan/furniture in the house, the children could play in one room and we adults could eat/sit and talk in the room next door with an eye on the children. Nice outdoor environment. Close to 2 swimming areas. Quick and good communication with the host. Would highly recommend this home. We'll definitely be back.

Our vacation in the rather cool, windy pre-season May-mid June was a nice experience thanks to the house. You also had a good place to read, enjoy the view, watch animals. Schären property. Good base for exploring the area. Arrival to hikes, kayak or bike tours usually only by car, about 15 minutes to supermarkets, gas station. Friendly, attentive care by h Kerstin. We'll be happy to come back!

The house is cute and completely sufficient if you need accommodation with two children for just a few days. The secluded location and surroundings are simply awesome. Nice communication with the host, house is quick to find with coordinates.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The communication with the hosts was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The house was spotless and very well maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. The view over the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and the level of privacy was exceptional — it felt like our own little paradise. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful jetty right by the lake — the perfect spot for swimming, relaxing, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We’d definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Blanche! A really nice and nostalgic house surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of Småland. Clasina was a great host, with whom the contact was easy and very friendly. As a welcome gift, there were even eggs! All in all, worth a trip and can only be recommended! Thank you again for the hospitality!

Our stay at the house was absolutely perfect! The serene Swedish countryside setting is the ideal backdrop for this beautifully renovated home. Some of our favorite things regarding our stay was the well-equipped kitchen which made cooking a joy, the high-quality beds and furniture around the house and the peaceful outdoor spaces where we could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. This retreat is perfect for anyone seeking a tranquil escape. We can't recommend it enough and can’t wait to return for a longer stay next summer!

Quiet residential neighborhood near the University. Good public transport connections to the city center that is not very close. Very friendly guest and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need, in fact there was also soap, shampoo, detergents and the basics for cooking. Everything described in the listing is present and working. A supermarket and a couple of restaurants are a minute's walk away. Overall, we had a very satisfactory experience, especially in relation to the price. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable foothold near the University.

It was a spontaneous booking for us, on the way back from the north to Trelleborg. Anna was easily accessible and her husband personally welcomed us and showed us the house. We felt very comfortable. At breakfast you can watch the wildlife such as the roe deer behind the house or the red deer. Very nice, surrounded by nature. The lake is less than 300 meters away. The house offers plenty of space and comfort. Beds were very comfortable. I'm sure we'll be back!

Very nice accommodation, perfect for the kids to play in the garden. Lovely with sauna and billiards inside. Well arranged with beds and linens. However, the apartment was warm the first night but there was a fan and AC in the bedrooms! 👍

Clean, fresh, cozy courtyard, close to the beach, nice surroundings, comfortable beds, smooth check-in and clear communication from the hosts. Luxurious bed linens, towels and cleaning included! Fully-equipped kitchen. Thoughtful details such as toys for the kids and an appreciated candy bowl. Will gladly return! The accommodation is highly recommended.

We had a great week walking with our kids in the footsteps of Astird Lindgreen. Bullerbü, Katthult, Vimmerby and Mariannelund were easily accessible. There is a nice swimming lake near the apartment. The food at Anki's cafe is highly recommended. We have experienced a lot and have recovered well at the same time thanks to the spacious apartment and the tranquility in Karlstorp. Thank you!

We celebrated Christmas and New Year's Eve in this accommodation. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa in the middle of nature. There is a lake behind the house and in front of the house you can walk directly into the forest. Perfect! Big plus was that we were allowed to bring our dogs. They also had a wonderful vacation! The house is spacious and comfortable. Ingatorp is a quiet and idyllic place. Nearby, there is a lot to do and see. Everything was in the house and there are two bathrooms. In summary, wonderful house!

A wonderful house with everything you need for a stay, I would visit again.

Wonderful house in beautiful surrounding. Fresh and plenty of room for our party of 8 adults and 4 children. We could have accommodated many more, but in this way, each family/couple had their "corner" of the house with their own toilet. A large and well-equipped kitchen also made the stay comfortable! We happened to miss that there was a boat; will come back next year and try it too!

We had a wonderful time in Johan's house. The house and garden are very large and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there. Johan and Anna were easy to reach, very friendly and helpful! We felt very comfortable!

The lady owner has a beautiful place to stay. We had a great time with her. Unfortunately, I overlooked that we have to clean up after ourselves. This was my fault.

Åsa's house is very charming, with a lovely conservatory where you can sit and enjoy yourself when it rains, lots of games for the garden and nice kitchen all the room. There were fresh flowers when we arrived and Åsa was very flexible with respect to special wishes. Åsa is a very attentive host and the house had everything you need in a home. A warm recommendation from us.
