Unterhalb des Häuschens liegt ein kleiner Sandstrand -ideal fuer Kinder- sowie ein Bootssteg. Das Häuschen hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Kuechenbereich. Welcome to our cozy accommodation with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Our guests love the central location and the comfortable beds. Fast internet, large TV, and close proximity to restaurants and the sea. Relax in the courtyard, or take a short walk to the restaurants in the city center. This part of Västervik boasts many beautiful older houses. You’ll stay in Apartment #2, located on the ground floor. The size is around 60 square meters. Our house has a total of three apartments.

Fräsch, mysig stuga precis vid havet.

Slappna av i detta unika och mysiga boende. Varmt välkomna till "129":an . Vår gäststuga belägen precis vid havet, på avskild del av vår trädgård. Lungt, harmoniskt och fridfullt. Badmöjligheter finns. 2 km till Gränsö naturreservat med fina vandringsleder, 3 km till Västerviks centrum. 1 km till Ekhagens golfbana. Lämplig för två eller max tre personer. Går fint att lägga till med båt vid vår brygga om ni vill ta med båt. Väluppfostrade hundar välkomna, men önskar att de sover i egen bädd.

Gårdshus på insynsskyddad sjötomt med fantastiskt läge! Möjlighet till bad från tomt & brygga, flertalet badplatser i närheten. Perfekt läge för kajakpaddling. Fina promenadstråk. Ca 6 km till centrum. Hållplats för stadsbuss i direkt närhet. Nära till Lysingsbadet med restauranger mm. Ca 9 km till Ekhagens Golfbana, ca 1 tim bilväg till Astrid Lindgrens värld. (Poolen tillhör stora huset, ej tillgänglig) Hyresgästen ansvarar för städning. Sängkläder/handdukar går att hyra för 150kr/set.

Vi hyr ut vår fina lillstuga/sjöstuga i Västervik under sommaren. Stugan ligger 2 km från centrum och 50 m till brygga där du kan bada. Stugan består av storstuga med bäddbar hörnsoffa, TV och matplats, litet kök, sovrum med 120 cm säng och en altan under tak i sydvästläge med en fantastisk utsikt över Gamlebyviken och in mot Västervik. Dusch och toalett finns. Stugan är på 40 kvm inkl. altan lämplig för 2 vuxna o 1 barn Lakan , handdukar och städning ingår ej Osäker uppkoppling av WiFi

Cozy little cottage in Loftahammar

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is located along the forest side of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Parking is free next to the stuga. Family with 2 children (2 and 7) live in the main house, but are generally going to school and work all day long. Loftahammar is a very touristic place with various activities. Boat rental and bicycle rental is possible.

Boendet ligger 2,8km till centrum, nära till flera badplatser, golfbana, hamn med mera. Naturskönt område runt Gränsö Slott 2,6 km Cyklar finns att hyra under vistelsen för en billig peng.
