In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Despite the extension and modernization in the 1940s, the feeling of bygone cozy rural life still remains. In the oldest part of the house is the original chimney with a beautiful white tiled stove and low ceilings. House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. On the edge of Vårgårda Centrum, with easy walking distance to transportation and shopping, with lawn and barbecue area outside the door, you will find this nice apartment with plenty of space and 6 beds divided into three bedrooms and large living room and kitchen. Free parking in the area. Take, for example, the commuter train to Gothenburg and chop, and then chill at the barbecue outside the door when you get back.

Cosy Wooden-Cottage with kitchen, bathroom 2 bedrooms and livingroom at the beautul swedish countryside. Ca 10km to Vårgårda and 22km to the beautiful cafécity Alingsås. Train to Gothenburg is availible in both comunities. Nice hiking.

To public transport by bus from the stop Stora björn (21) 5 min, tram from the stop teleskopsgatan (11) 15 min. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
