Had a pleasant stay at the White Villa. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

We have now stayed at Clinton's place four or five times. It is a quiet place, his parents live downstairs and are both very helpful but also respectful of our privacy. The rooms are large and airy and windows are covered with mosquito proof netting so very good in warm weather. We have use of cooking facilities, washing machine, WiFi, TV and the house is quite close to basic shops. We did have access to a car so that makes it easier to get about specially to the beach etc.

It was really wonderful to experience co-host Ritu guiding us regarding check in and about getting dinner at even 10:30-11 at night. Great place feels like home yet experience of tourism ❤️ Thanks Ritu time and again for your wonderful hospitality 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

What an amazing stay! Very comfortable and cozy villa in a peaceful but well connected location in Benaulim. The property was clean, all listed amenities present and working well, kitchen was stocked with basics and had all required utensils. The community has a decent swimming pool and is a very quiet and secure society. Vinay was our host and he was excellent with his hospitality. Went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and was unbelievably available to support 24x7! Very caring and mindful of customer needs. The location is great with some nice restaurants, supermarkets etc. in walkable distance. Definitely worth the price you pay :)

Our group of friends stayed at this place for 3 days. The property is located at a peaceful , accessible location and gives perfect vibe of South Goa! The place is exactly the way its described and shown in pictures. House is neat and clean. Swimming pool in the society is clean. We enjoyed pool time. Three cheers to the helpful Host! I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from one of the cleanest and most peaceful beaches I’ve ever seen. It was such a refreshing change to find a beach that wasn’t overcrowded, making it ideal for mornings runs and relaxing sunsets. One unexpected highlight was the bookshelf in the home. The collection of books was so thoughtfully curated. It made for the perfect escape when I wasn’t at the beach. Overall, a serene and cozy stay. This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. Spent 3 nights at Zen island with family and we felt right at home. Since it’s situated in a peaceful and quaint surrounding of Benaulim, inside a gated resort with security guards, it felt very safe. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Cleanliness of the house was spot on and the kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the lush green view from the balcony with the sea in the background! There was parking spot available, the pool in the resort was accessible and open and the restaurant served great food. Trinity beach is a 15min walk away, very clean and secluded. Last but not the least, Sid was a welcoming, responsive and very helpful host:) All in all, a great place for a getaway with family or friends, if you wish to enjoy a few days away from the bustle of city life!

I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings.
