I had a fantastic stay at here! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout, and james was incredibly welcoming and helpful with local tips. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels,a stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Had a pleasant stay at the White Villa. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

We have now stayed at Clinton's place four or five times. It is a quiet place, his parents live downstairs and are both very helpful but also respectful of our privacy. The rooms are large and airy and windows are covered with mosquito proof netting so very good in warm weather. We have use of cooking facilities, washing machine, WiFi, TV and the house is quite close to basic shops. We did have access to a car so that makes it easier to get about specially to the beach etc.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

What an amazing stay! Very comfortable and cozy villa in a peaceful but well connected location in Benaulim. The property was clean, all listed amenities present and working well, kitchen was stocked with basics and had all required utensils. The community has a decent swimming pool and is a very quiet and secure society. Vinay was our host and he was excellent with his hospitality. Went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and was unbelievably available to support 24x7! Very caring and mindful of customer needs. The location is great with some nice restaurants, supermarkets etc. in walkable distance. Definitely worth the price you pay :)

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

Our group of friends stayed at this place for 3 days. The property is located at a peaceful , accessible location and gives perfect vibe of South Goa! The place is exactly the way its described and shown in pictures. House is neat and clean. Swimming pool in the society is clean. We enjoyed pool time. Three cheers to the helpful Host! A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings. There were plenty of shared facilities that made the experience even better, including a pool table, table tennis, and a lovely swimming pool. This stay was perfect for a lone wolf like me who wanted some solitude. Really good amenities - great WiFi for working for a week straight, smart TV which allowed me to watch my favourite shows, and a cozy air-conditioned bedroom. The stay matches the pictures and the view is really good from the balcony. The caretaker and housekeeper services were perfect too. The host is very helpful and responsive ! The locality is very peaceful and quiet, with some beautiful places nearby.
