Cozy apartment of 42 sqm with its own entrance via outdoor staircase on the gable. The apartment is located upstairs in our 1.5 floor villa from the 1880s in the charming and quiet area of Oskarsdal in Varberg. Proximity to the city center, train station and the sea. From August 2023 there is also a simple desk and a good desk chair in the living room of the apartment.
